Pay Rate: **$18.50/hr.**
Shifts Available: **3rd shift Sunday - Thursday: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Adheres to all plant safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, and ensures work area is clean, safe, and organized.
+ Maintains regular attendance and collaborates effectively in a team environment, assisting and guiding helpers when needed.
+ Interprets work orders and follows job procedures to assemble, package, label, and move products efficiently and accurately.
+ Ensures packaging meets quantity and quality requirements while monitoring safety devices and reporting any unsafe conditions.
**Must-Haves:**
+ Must be at least 18 years old
+ Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Must have ability to read/write and interpret documents (safety rules, operating/procedure instructions, blueprints, etc.)
+ Must have ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervision and management
+ Must have the ability to do basic mathematical calculations

BECOME A PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN!
As our Production Support Technician, you will ensure the smooth operation of production processes. Key responsibilities include assisting with production of units, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products. The production support role will also assist with delivery and receiving of units via truck freight.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS A PRODUCTION SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
· Assist with low level production jobs including attaching bumpers, fenders, decals, and mudflaps
· Assist with other production responsibilities with supervision from other employees
· Assist with organizing and cleaning shop area and parts room
· Assist with packing and shipping sales orders for customers and other locations
· Loading and unloading of trucks from transportation trailer
· Receiving packages from UPS / FedEx
· May be assigned other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
· 18 years of age or older
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents

+ Follows all plant safety guidelines, practices, and procedures. This includes the proper use of personal protective equipment when required Regular attendance is essential

  • Bundle, package, and roll articles in accordance with company requirements

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
  • High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
  • li>Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate mat roller and any machinery
  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older to work in the load building area
  • Ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
  • Ability to lift up to 15-30 lbs  
  • li>Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance
