What you will do

- Oversee new product launches and trials, ensuring smooth integration into production. Assist with costing and planning for new product opportunities, ensuring they meet cost and quality expectations.
- Conduct shift huddles with production and maintenance leads to address potential issues and ensure proactive planning. Strive to maintain 100% schedule adherence and resolve any production delays promptly.
- Work closely with the Quality team to investigate production issues and lead the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

Education Qualifications

- Operate Digital and Signs & Graphics printers, binding and other auxiliary equipment

- Provide customer service, including problem solving, to satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision
- Produce work in accordance with LEAN manufacturing principles to enable Done Right On Time quality results
