Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, performs diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. Communicates with customer to answer questions, resolves problems, and ensures complete customer satisfaction. Promotes products and services to customer.Works under the direction of the Field Supervisor or General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works under minimal supervision to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls
- Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner
- Diagnoses and performs services on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner
- Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
- Completes routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as needed or required
- Responsible for delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed to complete service work
- Using hand-held device records all required information on customer call. Completes all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner. Collects payment from customer.
- Communicates with dispatch, while on duty, to ensure dispatcher has an accurate status report of activities and availability
- Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales and Service Coordinator with specifics on replacement product sales leads generated from customer service visit.
- Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and properly accounted for
- Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities
- Follows standard procedures and process, ensures that the company vehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts to the branch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as needed

- Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories
- Proficient mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment

- Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting problems with electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment

Summary
CHS Sun Basin is looking for a Applicator/Truck Driver to join our team! This individaul would primarily be running our sprayer equipment to apply pesticides and water onto crops for our local farmers and ranchers. You could also be driving truck as needed during down times. This position is M-F with Saturdays as needed during our busy seasons and ample overtime during the spraying season. The ideal candidate would have a Class A CDL with hazmat, tanker, and doubles/triples (or willing to obtain) and have agriculture experience.
Responsibilities
- As directed, apply fertilizer and crop protection products. May require use of a high clearance sprayer or floater.
- Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
- Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Educate customers on products being applied to fields, techniques utilized, and how you can continue to support them with products and services.
- Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
- Perform warehouse work to including driving loader, forklift, mechanics, and maintenance.
- Lift and load products, 1-2 hours per day.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. To include but not limited to pre-trip and post-trip reporting, proper load securement and hours of service.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle(s) inside and out, and work environment.
- Complete and document daily maintenance inspections. Ensure proper equipment maintenance is completed including repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Training Provided:
- Crop protection product mixing
- Operation of application equipment
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Class A CDL
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals
Additional Qualifications
- Maintain a CDL and DOT medical card
- Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business demands
- Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements preferred
- Pesticide applicators license or ability to obtain preferred.
- Agriculture background and customer experience preferred
- Bulk liquid, Pressure trailer, or Forklift experience preferred
- Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.

- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to climb rail cars, ladders, stairs and bins, and into back of trailer
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperatures

The Professional Development Specialist II (PDSII) is a member of the nursing leadership team. The PDSII is dedicated to advancing the clinical skills and knowledge of nursing staff through comprehensive curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation. The PDSII collaborates with the Clinical Practice Specialists (CPS), Professional Development Specialist I, and other multidisciplinary team members. PDSII practice is based on competencies described by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and the Association of Nurses in Professional Development (ANPD). PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Expertise

Demonstrates expertise in areas of oncology clinical practice, by participating in patient care to identify opportunities for improvement, assess staff performance, and facilitate implementation of new practices.

Supports nurses in the management of symptom distress related to cancer and/or its treatment based on advanced knowledge of the etiology of cancer, the rationale for treatment, patient and family responses and needs, and associated nursing interventions.

Provides expertise in the assessment of patient and family learning needs, provision of educational strategies, and evaluation of the effects of teaching strategies for general and specified oncology patient populations.

May provide direct patient care, consult with other nurses or clinical staff about specific patients, and make recommendations for interventions and plan of care.

Collaborates and consults with nurses and others to influence nursing practices and improve care outcomes within a specific unit or service and/or across Nursing and Patient Care Services (NPCS).
