What you'll bring to the table:
  • 4+ years of consulting experience delivering engagements focused on SharePoint implementations and migrations.
  • Experience with SharePoint Server on-premises, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Workflows, and Power Automate.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint migration projects using commercially available tools.
  • Experience with 3rd party migration tools (i.e. Sharegate, AvePoint, MigrationWiz, Quest ODM).
  • Experience in developing SharePoint Web Parts using SPFx.(nice to have)
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory On-Premises and Azure Entra ID.
  • Experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Pay Range for Chicago and Minnesota:
The typical pay range for this role is $105,400 - $148,800.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.

About the Role

In this position, you'll play a critical part in advancing Carbyne's mission! Here's your chance to join our Global Operations team in order to implement, integrate and deploy our real-time emergency service platforms to our clients, including 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) organizations.

In addition to your core role, you will also be suited to providing input into a wide range of technical activities within the company, ranging from technical pre-sales, core architectural and design working sessions, and technical support activities. You will lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne's SaaS products, and you will also play an important role in the customer's site and system architecture by following Carbyne's best practices and your strong technical experience.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and Manage: Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers focused on delivering successful deployments and exceptional customer service. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management for team members.
  • Deployment Expertise: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for our cloud call-handling solutions. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful implementations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers throughout the deployment process. Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.

What You Bring

To shine in this role, you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience)

Basic Qualifications

Lead Consultant

The Lead Consultant is an expert and leader within our Professional Services organization. You will be responsible for leading complex, large-scale FMS implementations towards success. You will work closely with the customers to understand their business needs, and deliver solutions to ensure successful deployment of Logiwa's FMS. You will be required to lead Consultants or Senior Consultants on some of the implementation engagements. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them on supply chain best practices while ensuring the project delivers maximum ROI. - 3+ years developing with SQL, Python, and at least one additional programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, JavaScript, TypeScript). Proficient with leading ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a range of AWS services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, EC2, ECS, EKS, OpenSearch, Step Functions, VPC, CloudFormation)
- AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional)
- Experience with automation (e.g., Terraform, Python), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., CloudFormation, CDK), and Containers & CI/CD Pipelines.
- Knowledge of common security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience building ML pipelines with MLOps best practices, including: data preprocessing, model hosting, feature selection, hyperparameter tuning, distributed & GPU training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining
- Experience with MLOps (e.g., MLFlow, Kubeflow) and orchestration (e.g., Airflow, AWS Step Functions). Experience building applications using GenAI technologies (LLMs, Vector Stores, LangChain, Prompt Engineering)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market.
