**Overview**
As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the world's best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Client Account Coordinator!
The Client Account Coordinator will be responsible for the accounting administrative functions within Fleet Management. Those functions include, but are not limited to, researching billing questions and contacting customers on accounts receivable balances. In addition, the Client Account Coordinator will be the main point of contact for accounts receivable and billing questions for the local sales teams, administrative offices and external customers. The ideal candidate is a team player who is detail-oriented, organized and has the ability to develop relationships while displaying excellent customer service.
This is a full-time remote position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Kansas City (KS,MO) Metropolitan area. The schedule for position is Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
The pay range for this position is $21.20 to $22.12 per hour. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business and organizational needs.

**Responsibilities**
+ Research and contact customers on accounts receivable balances on a daily basis via phone and email to obtain payment and negotiate a payment plan when necessary.
+ Act as a subject matter expert for billing and AR by providing timely and accurate responses to escalated issues/questions from both the local office and customers
+ Identify customers that are in a risky position and provide problem resolution when needed
+ Pro-actively escalate problem accounts to AR Supervisor, AR Manager, and group Finance Managers based on risk / equity position, amount of past due and bad debt impact
+ Complete detailed account reconciliations and apply payments to ensure all rules of asset backed financing are followed
+ Perform account maintenance in PeopleSoft AR in compliance with accounting policies
+ Partner with other departments and local offices to research and process billing and accounting transactions
+ Review, research, and clear AR balance sheet accounts
+ Manage banking information of customers for automatic and manual electronic funds transfers
+ Other duties as assigned

**Description**
As a member of the Information Services Department, the Manager, Business Solutions - Information Governance and Risk will function as a liaison to the Information Governance and Risk teams, guiding and aligning their technological roadmaps with their business objectives and priorities. They will offer recommendations for new or alternative technology solutions as necessary and execute these suggestions with minimal disruption to business services.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
+ Actively engage key stakeholders, offering recommendations on departmental technology priorities, and ensuring the alignment of resources to ensure the successful completion of projects. This includes maintaining the existing technologies and tools utilized by the Firm's Information Governance and Risk departments.
+ Work with leadership on priorities for the team and ensure alignment, resourcing and governance with key stakeholders
+ Manage projects, allocate resources, and monitor performance deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
+ Lead requirements gathering meetings in a way to ensure the end solution meets the requestors' needs.
+ Partner with business teams to create User Acceptance Test plans and serve as a liaison between technical and business teams when conducting the testing.
+ Provide subject matter expertise in system reporting, training, and issue resolution
+ Oversee the pertinent third-party vendor relationships.
+ Suggest innovations and technical/process improvements that will lead to efficiencies and/or automation.
+ Drive the development of a systems roadmap that will drive scalability, business optimization, and zero-touch processes.
+ Keep abreast of intake, risk, and information governance application technologies through attendance of seminars, conferences, training programs, and meetings held by professional groups.

**QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES):**
**Education:**

**Experience:**

**Your key responsibilities**
A Services Manager in FSO EDGE WAM will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. The objective is to recognize and identify problem areas and items that need to be addressed or escalated to ensure tax returns, tax research, tax accounting, and tax projects are timely and accurately completed. Our Financial Services EY EDGE practice is made up of a team of professionals providing dedicated tax technical services to both US and global clients. EDGE stands for Exceptional Delivery and Growth Engine because this team operates in a technical environment with deep process and service delivery experience that distinguishes EY in the marketplace.
**The opportunity**
EY's FSO EDGE Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) practice provides comprehensive and specialized tax assistance tailored to the unique needs of the asset management industry. You will work alongside our practice office professionals who are knowledgeable and experienced with varied and specialized facets of hedge fund, private equity fund and mutual fund taxation, including fund and organizational structuring, tax minimization planning, on-call advice, and tax compliance.
**Your key responsibilities**
A senior analyst in FSO EDGE WAM will be responsible for delivering tax compliance and consulting work for clients. The objective is to work alongside practice office professional serving clients, based on their time demands, as one team.
**Responsibilities include**
+ Support new and existing client relationships
+ Provide compliance and consulting delivery services to meet deadlines for client deliverables
+ Prepare or detail review complex financial closings, tax compliance filings and other tax related processes or tasks
+ Compile and/or evaluate moderately complex data, computations, documentation and various tax and accounting technologies
+ Responsible for Service Quality across identified aspects of delivery. Understand opportunity risk in relation to our Scope of Services
+ Develop, document, and gain cross functional alignment on processes to support processes and internal teams
+ Demonstrate deep technical excellence in specific offerings and broaden technical skills across capabilities
+ Maintain internal network by providing technical assistance to others within EY in area of expertise
+ Provide professional direction and day-to-day supervision to staff members
+ Review and evaluate the work of staff members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations
+ Provide effective leadership, formal and informal feedback, and coaching to staff
**Skills and attributes for success**
+ Experience identifying tax related issues and developing recommended solutions via research and/or position development
+ Experience interacting with clients on a regular basis in the delivery of services
+ Experience managing team members delivering tax consulting and compliance projects for clients
+ Demonstrate a significant degree of independent judgment to identify potential issues and opportunities for tax planning and provide appropriate recommendations
+ Ability to break down tax projects into manageable components, analyze relevant information, and formulate client-centric solutions that comply with relevant laws and regulations
+ Ability to manage multiple work assignments and deadlines simultaneously
+ Demonstrate a high level of professional ethics and integrity while managing sensitive or confidential client information
**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Tax, Law, or Economics
+ A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in the financial services industry
+ Broad exposure to federal income taxation and exposure to state and local tax
+ Excellent teaming, leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
**Ideally, you'll also have**
+ Familiarity with the financial services industry
+ Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Enrolled Agent (EA) or licensed attorney

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $76,000 to $25,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 91,100 to 142,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
+ Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
