Our Community Services program supports individuals with developmental disabilities in building meaningful lives through a variety of person-centered services. Staff may work across several programs-including Ability Link, Community Link, Community Habilitation (Comm Hab), and Day Habilitation Without Walls (Day Hab WOW)-to assist individuals in achieving greater independence, accessing community resources, developing life skills, and engaging in enriching social and volunteer activities. This role is ideal for compassionate, motivated individuals who are committed to inclusion, empowerment, and making a difference in the lives of others.
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour based on program.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Direct Support Professional in our Residential Services program, you will provide essential support to individuals living in a group home setting. Your role includes assisting with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks-creating a safe, supportive, and home-like environment. You'll help residents build life skills, maintain their independence, and engage in meaningful activities both at home and in the community.
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $0.00 per hour (based on program site)
+ Additional 2.00/hour weekend shift differential
Compensation varies by location (program site), with hourly rates ranging from 19.00 to 20.00 per hour. Employees working weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) will receive an additional 2.00 per hour.
Typical Schedule Options:
We offer a variety of schedule options to meet your needs - and ours. While we can't list every available shift, here's what a typical schedule often looks like for this position:
- Afternoon to evening shifts, such as 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The IT Service Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enables the delivery of a high-quality service to end users, and to ensure IT Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. Responsibilities
+ Responsible for the Incident, Major Incident, Change, Release, Problem and Request fulfillment processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these areas, providing accurate reports and metrics over a period of time.
+ Manages and monitors the delivery of services, prioritization of items, and the outcomes for all Change/ Release, Incidents, Requests and Service Requests.
+ Assist the management of the CAB and CAB-related release processes including ensuring changes are moved through the lifecycle with the necessary approvals and process being carried out
