The NetApp Professional Services Consultant delivers expert-level design, deployment, integration, and migration services across NetApp's hybrid cloud and on-premises portfolio. **Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver technical solutions that align with NetApp's best practices, customer goals, and account team objectives
+ Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and white papers purpose-built for the customer
+ Support customer storage architectures involving AWS FSxN, NetApp ONTAP, FlexGroups, FlexCache, SnapLock and (SMB, NFS, iSCSI, FC) protocols
+ Perform and advise on SAN and NAS data migrations using SnapMirror and host-based migration methods
+ Implement NetApp BlueXP components including Cloud Tiering and Connectors
+ Integrate NetApp systems with Linux (RHEL) and Windows operating systems in multi-protocol environments
+ Follow NetApp best practices for networking, performance tuning, and protocol integration (SMB, NFS, iSCSI, FC)
+ Develop implementation documentation and contribute to customer knowledge transfer and operational readiness
+ Support automation and scripting initiatives using Ansible and Terraform for repeatable deployments
+ Collaborate with customer and account team to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
+ Participate in internal enablement, labs, and technical readiness sessions to stay current on NetApp technologies

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 147,900 - 220,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. The Vice President, Professional Services will provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure delivery of high-impact professional services across scheduling, implementation, training, and solution design for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting clients in North America to ensure an optimal onboarding experience. **Essential Duties and responsibilities**
+ Provide executive leadership for driving client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth through best-in-class implementation practices, service deliver all aspect of professional services across North America, including scheduling, implementation, training, solution design, specialty services, and conversion team.
+ Deliver on revenue targets (>$18M in Professional Services), manage P&L, and ensure financial performance.
+ Lead and manage the end-to-end professional services lifecycle - from pre-sales engagement through solution design, implementation, training, and post-implementation support

Basic Qualifications

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. We also deliver focused guidance through our global specialty practices, which cover a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.
Key job responsibilities
As an experienced technology professional, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
* Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
* Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
* Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
* Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in working with enterprise customers in cloud transformation activities including building, migrating and modernizing enterprise applications
- 3+ years of experience driving discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
- 3+ years of scripting, software development methodologies and toolings
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53, ECS, EKS)
- AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred
- Hands-on experience with cloud automation and scripting using CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK, Python, Shell, Ruby, or Powershell
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong experience in AWS cloud migration services, including AWS Application Migration Service and Cloud Migration Factory, along with expertise in cloud portfolio analysis tools, Cloud to AWS migrations, and hybrid cloud integrations.
- Experience integrating AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q); understanding of AI/ML governance and responsible AI practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
