FloQast is looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you'll help accounting teams from high-growth and enterprise companies successfully implement our industry-leading accounting workflow automation platform. You'll lead client projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, guiding deliverables, and driving customer success alongside our Accounting Technology Consultants (ATC's).

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior SaaS implementation experience-particularly in accounting or financial systems-who is ready to own client relationships, streamline execution, and influence how we scale delivery. You'll work cross-functionally, handle ambiguity with confidence, and help build the next generation of operational excellence at FloQast.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

What You'll Do:

• Manage implementation projects for upmarket and strategic customers, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope with appropriate support.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of project plans, internal/external timelines, and client-facing status reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications with internal and client stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
• Drive project progress and support FloQast adoption across all purchased modules with guidance from senior team members.
• Partner with assigned ATCs or Partner Implementation Consultants to coordinate task execution and provide timely, responsive support to clients.
• Participate in pre-sale conversations as needed to align scope and timing expectations.
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes by sharing feedback and participating in retrospectives
• Coach and provide feedback to ATCs serving as setup leads on your projects to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
• Track time diligently and manage multiple projects and priorities with effective organization and communication.
• Build foundational skills in client relationship management, issue resolution, and internal cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Bring:

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills-including with executive audiences.

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, accounting systems, or B2B SaaS onboarding.

The base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $137,000. This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary. Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, is responsible for professional service and ancillary coding for ambulatory/medical office, hospital inpatient and hospital outpatient department records and/or other select records. This will require utilizing various coding classification schemes including ICD-9CM/ ICD-10CM, CPT (including E&M and HCPCS Level II and modifiers). Appropriate codes will be assigned for diagnoses, procedures, evaluation & management services, supplies, materials and injections including modifiers. All work is carried out in accordance with the Uniform Hospital Discharge Data Set (UHDDS) guidelines, coding conventions as established by the American Hospital Association (National Coding Guidelines/Coding Clinic), American Medical Association (CPT), Rules and Regulations of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Kaiser Permanente organizational/institutional coding guidelines.
Essential Responsibilities:

+ Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws.
+ Assigns and sequences codes for diagnoses, procedures, professional services and other services as needed utilizing the applicable coding conventions as stated above per regulatory guidelines.
+ Reviews coding claim edits and functions.
+ Ensures that all coded data is consistent with federal and state regulations and organizational policy as it relates to corporate compliance policy for accurate coding.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience
+ Minimum one (1) year of experience as a certified coder.
+ Per the National Agreement, current KP Coalition employees have this experience requirement waived.
Education
+ Completion of classes in Medical Terminology, Anatomy/ Physiology, ICD-9/ ICD-10 and CPT coding conventions conforming to standards established by the American Hospital Association (Coding Clinic), American Medical Association, CMS, or successful completion of an AAPC or AHIMA accredited coding certification program.
License, Certification, Registration
+ Certified Professional Coder - Hospital Outpatient OR Certified Professional Coder OR Certified Coding Specialist
Additional Requirements:
+ Obtain a passing score on a Kaiser Permanente Professional Services Coder I coding assessment.
+ Ability to understand the clinical content of a health record.

**The Role**
Proofpoint is looking for a proactive, responsible, highly motivated Professional Services Consultant to join our team in leading implementations of Proofpoint solutions and maintaining technical relationships with our customers.
