Position Responsibilities
- Building strong client relationships by providing proactive tax planning, consulting, and compliance services
- Collaborating directly with partners to deliver innovative and strategic tax solutions
- Working with a dynamic, supportive team that values growth, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Gaining exposure to a diverse client base, ranging from mid-sized businesses to large enterprises
- Enjoying a balanced work environment with minimal to no travel required
- Recent work experience with an accounting firm
- 3-5 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
- Real Estate focus preferred
- Experience in Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returns
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technology
- 4-year bachelors degree in Accounting
- Masters degree in taxation preferred
- Licensed CPA preferred
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.

About You
You're a fit for the role if you have/are:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience within the Legal or Software Implementation field or a similar role
- Experience documenting and translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of the data requirements and workflows of business activities and their relationship to processing functions
- Excellent communication (oral / written) skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams and customers in a diverse setting encompassing both technical and non-technical users.
