**Job Description**
**Turner & Townsend** is seeking an experienced and proactive **Senior Construction Scheduler** to join our **Program Advisory** team. This role will support a high-value, multi-site data center construction portfolio, providing expert-level scheduling and project controls leadership across a complex, fast-paced program environment.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in program-level advisory services, who can bring strategic insight and structure to large-scale capital delivery efforts.
**Responsibilities: **
+ Develop, maintain, and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for the owner's program.
+ Establish and implement schedule management frameworks for large-scale capital programs.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and actionable insights.
+ Prepare baseline schedules and supporting documentation for project team approval.
+ Perform resource loading and leveling, and integrate contractor schedules into the IMS.
+ Analyze schedule impacts, identify critical and near-critical path activities, and recommend mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor deviations and variances, and support the development of corrective action plans.
+ Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track and report project performance.
+ Generate and present schedule progress reports, trend analyses, and forecasting dashboards.
+ Maintain accurate records of scope changes, trends, and schedule risks.
+ Ensure schedule data integrity and credibility throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams at all project stages.
+ SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or a related field.
+ 5-7+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls on large capital programs.
+ Demonstrated experience in Program Advisory roles, supporting enterprise-level or multi-project portfolios.
+ Proven expertise in Primavera P6 and the Critical Path Method (CPM).
+ Strong understanding of data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects (preferred).
+ Experience working in complex matrix organizations and multi-stakeholder environments.
+ Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills.
**Additional Information**
**The salary range for this full-time role is** **$150K-$175K** **per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Summary

The MIL Corporation is looking for a Business Analysis, Analyst to work with a Federal Government client in Charleston, SC. The Analyst will support the Government Travel Charge Card Program (TCP) and provide customer support, data analytics, and operational support services. This role will typically report to a manager or head of department.

Responsibilities

  • Support the TCP for government employees located domestically and overseas.

  • Provide excellent front line customer support via incoming emails and phone calls, assisting the customer through research, gathering data, performing analysis, and resolving issues.

  • Understand client's business processes and practices and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on travel charge card related capabilities and operations, domestically and overseas.

  • Maintain understanding of the Federal Travel Regulations, Government Charge Card Abuse Prevention Act of 2012, Travel and Transportation Reform Act of 1998, GSA SmartPay master contracts, and all regulations and policies governing the Travel Card Program.

  • Provide guidance on federal travel charge card regulations and directives to government employees.

  • Perform analysis, effectively document and communicate results regarding business and operational processes both domestically and overseas, and for internal/external agencies.

  • Identify and implement program improvements while complying with required government mandates. Formulate and implement solutions to improve business efficiencies, accuracy, and compliance of travel card processes.

  • Conduct departmental analysis of charge card related legislation and directives to determine departmental effects. Review GFMS, Data Warehouse, RFMS, E2, PCS and other systems to identify issues related to existing legislation, government orders and/or directives related to government travel.

  • Act as liaison between commercial banking entities, bureaus and posts on charge card related issues and initiatives.

  • Perform transaction analysis, verification of interfaces, and identification of errors. Utilize spreadsheet, databases, and financial reporting software to analyze data.

  • Responsible for providing customer support as needed to assigned Bureau and Post personnel, identifying training requirements, conducting training, and reviewing/preparing documentation.

  • Organize and lead FMO consultations and bureau coordinator training to provide post or bureau specific data and training as it relates to TCP operations.

  • Provide project monitoring, risk assessment and decision support analysis to DoS management.

  • Advise management on difficult problems or anomalies that cannot be resolved independently, and on issues that may be escalated or need to be escalated internally or to external agencies.

  • Comply with all appropriate controls and procedures to protect organizational integrity and prevent unauthorized use or misappropriation of all classified and sensitive (but unclassified) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) material and equipment in assignment area(s); report instances of security violations/problems to the appropriate supervisory/management official; and assume personal responsibility for safeguarding classified and sensitive (but unclassified) material and equipment within assignment area(s).

Summary

Responsible for working within a Corporate Treasury Operations function supporting workflows that include clearing, settlement, and financial reporting of trades across securities, money market and derivative assets. The Business Analysis role's mandate includes driving change by developing detail business requirements and liaising between key stakeholders and Engineering (IT) for key initiatives across security, funding and derivative portfolios. The Business Analysis function plays a critical role managing operational risk and data quality governance through control enhancement and developing new solutions across the practice.

Major Duties
  • As subject matter expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level.
  • Carries out data quality controls that impact regulatory reporting
  • Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, with a focus on portfolio composition, market data and valuations that impact financial and regulatory reporting
  • Conducts portfolio, repository and valuation analysis on an on-going basis and identifies risks and gaps to business partners within Treasury Operations and to our stakeholders
  • Works closely with our Treasury Back Office Team executing on regulatory and audit deliverables
  • Collaborates with Senior Partners helping with business continuity planning/testing, resiliency and RCSA analyses.

Qualifications
  • A College or University degree and 3+ years relevant proven work experience
  • Functional and industry knowledge is required specific to fixed income derivatives and securities
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change

Salary Range:
$85,330 - 145,130 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits.
