Our organization is developing a cutting-edge automated program analysis platform aimed at identifying and remediating software vulnerabilities. Our product is a scalable distributed system designed around microservices and is built on technologies like PostgreSQL, S3, Kafka, MongoDB, and many other services.
We distribute our system as a cloud native application that runs on AWS as well as self-managed clouds for on-prem and offline deployments. Our solutions for automating vulnerability discovery and remediation leverages best-of-art techniques built on modern open source software and numerous KUDU proprietary technologies.

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend development experience and a willingness to contribute across the software lifecycle-from design and development to deployment and operations support. While the position focuses on backend services, familiarity with frontend development is beneficial. You will collaborate with various teams, including R&D specialists in reverse engineering and vulnerability research, to ensure the platform effectively integrates novel analysis techniques.

Responsibilities:
Software Development:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend microservices, primarily in Python
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs and event-driven components for data exchange
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability through best practices and testing
  • Design and optimise application data storage and access using various databases technologies
Platform Integration
  • Collaborate with research teams to incorporate advanced analysis techniques into the platform
  • Develop E2E testing methodologies that are capable of validating a large complex system
  • Integrate third-party or custom security tools within a cohesive product framework
Deployment & Operations
  • Work with DevOps resources to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitLab)
  • Package, deploy, and manage microservices on Kubernetes using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)

Collaboration & Communication
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, using Jira

Security & Compliance
  • Develop features with security in mind, adhering to best practices and frameworks

Required Qualifications

About the role

As a program analysis engineer working on Semgreps Code product, youll build user facing security tools to help people secure the software their developers are writing. You will expand Semgreps static analysis capabilities to new languages, speed up the engine to find new vulnerabilities faster, and add new analysis features to better catch the vulnerabilities customers care about. Together with your team, youll write the tools to make it faster and easy to keep the code developers are writing secure and fast.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Program Manager will lead and oversee the execution of the Business Analysis and Training Content Support lines of effort for the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) project. The role requires a strong blend of business analysis expertise and training content management skills to ensure the successful integration of training processes, human capital, and technology-based service delivery solutions. Assist Director of Institutional Contracts in managing the development and implementation of Inflation Reduction Act ("IRA") processes and compliance activities for the Medicare Drug Negotiation Program. Ensures accurate and timely input and implementation of Maximum Fair Price ("MFP") effectuation requirements consistent with regulatory requirements, NNI policies and procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Co-develop processes to validate MFP refund processes, oversee general management, and modifications in the event of regulatory changes. Supports analytics, good faith inquiries, complaints, and post payment audits. Supports master data management requirements for the IRA, as required. Supports special projects for all U.S. government programs to assist with compliance and implementation of new and existing regulations.
Relationships
Reports to the Director of Federal and Institutional Contracts. Also works closely and supports MDRP, Chargebacks and Master Data Management. Also maintains relationships with the Finance, Pricing & Contracts, IT, Legal, Market Access and Field Sales. External relationships may include wholesalers, dispensing entities, vendors and other customers. Maintains a positive working relationship as an NNI representative to all stakeholders.
Essential Functions
+ Supports review of MFP refund payments within the 14-day payment window to confirm accuracy of refund calculation and adherence with NNI policies and procedures
+ Coordinates maintenance of membership lists with Membership Team and supports onboarding new customers into Model N
+ Oversees and manages issuance of MFP refunds to dispensing entities
+ Assists with developing policies and procedures for MFP refunds
+ Independently and proactively manages outsourced activities related to administration of MFP tasks
+ Manage responses to Good Faith Inquires ("GFI") from dispensing entities
+ Provide support for SOX inquiries and ensure adherence to SOX controls. Performs post audit reviews and analysis of MFP rebates
+ Ensure timely receipt of claim-level data, transmission of payment elements, and submission of required information such as audit, complaint, and dispute data
+ Proactively notify the MTF Data Module ("MTF DM") Contractor of any system changes that may impact connectivity
+ Update CMS with any changes to the Manufacturer MTF Enrollment Information within 30 calendar days of such changes
+ Access claim-level data elements through the MTF DM and maintain functionality to receive and process this data
+ Monitor for inaccuracies in previously transmitted claim-level payment elements
+ Regularly update, correct, maintain, and re-certify the completeness and accuracy of Manufacturer MTF Enrollment Information within the MTF DM
+ Utilize the MTF PM in alignment with the Manufacturer's MFP Effectuation Plan and update the Plan as required by applicable guidance and regulations
+ Provide accurate banking account information to the MTF Data Module Contractor in accordance with applicable guidance and regulations to facilitate MFP refund payments through the MTF PM
+ Provide CMS with a minimum of 90 calendar days' advance notice if the Manufacturer elects to cease utilizing the MTF PM
+ Review and verify credits and debits using Ledger System data provided through the MTF DM to ensure accuracy
+ Ensure that any outstanding credits are not treated as unclaimed funds and that related claims must be resolved directly with dispensing entities outside the formal dispute or complaint process
+ Responsible for compiling, analyzing, creating and presenting MFP rebate reports and supports ad- hoc requests
+ Supports changes and updates to Government Contracts & Operations department MFP administration work instructions and procedures when external changes in process occurs
+ Provides MFP subject matter expertise in the form of advice and recommendations to internal stakeholders
+ Supports the analysis and implementation of pending and new regulatory requirements for IRA programs
+ Supports the analysis and implementation of MFP-related business initiatives
Qualifications
+ A Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may be substituted for degree when appropriate
+ A minimum of five years of progressively responsible, relevant experience with any or all the following: rebate adjudication, government programs and the IRA
+ Pharmaceutical experience preferred
+ Working knowledge of U.S. Government program requirements
+ Working knowledge of the 340B/PHS Program, entity types, CE relationships, 340B ecosystem and related stakeholders and other program requirements
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills required, Microsoft Access and SQL Management Studio skills preferred but not required
+ Experience with Master Data Management and Model N Revenue Management Suite preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ May co-lead a project in the development and implementation of processes and programs
+ Experience with recognizing trends, establishing a way forward, and focusing on the big picture as well as key details
+ Self-motivator who consistently seeks to improve accuracy and efficiency of analytical work and business

The base compensation range for this position is $96,670 to $178,840. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.

Position Summary

The Program Analysis Specialist (PAS) under Community Integration Services, Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program will monitor and interpret program’s trend by analyzing program DATA in referrals, enrollments, placements, recertifications, and program exists. The PAS will track all referrals and monitor the caseload ratio for each Veteran Engagement Case Manager (VECM). The PAS will monitor, update, and match internal mast logs with HMIS. The PAS will be proficient in 100% DATA quality and will track all enrollments on a weekly basis. Furthermore, the PAS will provide support to the Program Manager in dealing with the VA Repository program DATA (i.e., housing placements, VES referrals, enrollments, and implementing policies regarding physical and/or participant e-files. The responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to the following activities:

Essential Functions

  • Coordinate the assignment of caseloads to Veteran Engagement Case Managers
  • Track and consolidate Google spreadsheets to monitor program progress.
  • Track and manage caseloads of all Veteran Engagement Case Managers to monitor case load ratio.
  • Assess capacity and refer participants/clients to Veteran Engagement Case Managers by reviewing caseload, location of referral, Desire location of Permanent Housing, and accommodations based on veteran’s needs (i.e., disability, gender preference).
  • Collaborate with SSVF Supervisors on referrals, 90-Day recertification, exits, and supportive services.
  • Monitor and report housing placements to the Program Manager and supervisors.
  • Generate a tracking system of upcoming program recertifications.
  • Monitor and remind veterans to complete program surveys
  • Monitor the number of veterans enrolled in Traditional SSVF, Shallow Subsidy, Rapid Resolution, and return to home initiative.
  • Assist the Finance Administrative Specialist with returned check, outstanding checks, and landlord enrollments to ACH payments.
  • Coordinate with the Santa Barbar/Ventura (SBV) Program Assistant and Program Manager to consolidate SBV Data and report program DATA to the SSVF Program Manager.
  • Create a tracking system for all participant files for Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.
  • Assist the SSVF Program Manager in monitoring MOUs with subcontractors.
  • Coordinate program audits with the CIS QA Manager to maximize the number of files to review annually.
  • Conduct random HMIS audits to ensure required uploads and case notes are uploaded.
  • Work independently from the QA Manager in monitoring program files (paper copies or electronic files).
  • Required to drive to Santa Barbara and Ventura Quarterly for Program review.
  • Assess and implement program procedures in capturing DATA and help train staff on deficiencies based on DATA analysis.
  • Participate in Case Management Meetings and attend staff training as needed.
  • Prepare and submit program reports as needed to CIS Director, Divisional Headquarters, and program funders.

Working Conditions

Ability to walk, stand, bend squat climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to be able to lift-up to 50lbs. Ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as file cabinet drawers and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and Data analysis experience.
  • Expert in utilizing complex Excel functions
  • Proficient in data manipulation and visualization using excel format.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A valid California Class C Drivers License. Capable of passing the MVR on an annual basis.
