Program & Project Management Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Program & Project Management Manager in Morristown, NJ,

and the job duties are as follows:

  • Support the program/project from scoping and gathering requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or clients.

  • Develop technical specifications and related documentation.

  • Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.

  • Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment.

  • Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment.

  • Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders.

  • Provide production support and resolve incidents.

  • Coordinate work between different teams at different locations.

  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Overseeing end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud application;

  • Developing reports utilizing BIP, OTBI, and HCM extracts;

  • Performing Data Integration utilizing HCM Data Loader (HCM) and Oracle Cloud Integration (OCI);

  • Developing applications utilizing Agile and DevOps methodology;

  • Leading a team to translate business and functional requirements into technical designs;

  • Developing automated monitoring solutions to report on the health and performance of the system;

  • Managing projects, creating project plans and estimates, handling project risks and issues, and providing project status to the client and internal stakeholders; and

  • Overseeing project teams, coordinating activities across multiple regions, and facilitating multi-time zone collaboration.

Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Customizing applications utilizing Page Composer, Transaction Design Studio, HCM security, Fast Formulas, and Flex Fields (Descriptive Flex Fields and Extensible Flex Fields); and

  • Customizing alerts to reflect specific KPIs based on business needs.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Job Summary

VSolvit is looking for a Mid-level Program / Project Management Analyst to join our Range Systems Engineering team in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division.

As a Management Analyst on this project, you will be part of a team supporting an enterprise application. The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues is important in all aspects of this role.

As with any position, additional expectations exist. Some of these include, but are not limited to, adhering to normal working hours, meeting deadlines, following company policies as outlined by the Employee Handbook, communicating regularly with assigned supervisor(s), staying focused on the assigned tasks, and completing other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Develop/Maintain Performance Dashboards: Design and implement interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key program metrics, track progress against targets, and provide real-time insights into the performance
  • Establish/Monitor Project Metrics: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to program goals and objectives, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reliable reporting and analysis
  • Analyze Program Data and Identify Trends: Conduct in-depth analysis of program data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement, utilizing Power BI's analytical capabilities to uncover insights that drive informed decision-making
  • Support Data-Driven Program Management: Provide government with timely and accurate data to support program monitoring, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, contributing to proactive program management
  • Collaborate on Data Management and Reporting: Work with data management teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility, contributing to the development of standardized reporting processes and documentation within the SharePoint environment for efficient information sharing
  • Provide data reports, presentations of performance and operations metrics, and coordination between Command staff departments
  • C oordinate with engineers, project managers, technical personnel, and others for highlights and activity reports; collect, analyze, and report department metrics and progress toward any strategic goals, routine administrative processes, or business activities; perform analytics on data collected from data systems for the development of department, division and branch metrics
  • D evelop, maintain, track, and update department schedules and tasks
  • A ssist Operations Manager in department studies and prepare briefs typically focusing on financial execution, employee surveys, customer surveys, department informational briefs, and other initiatives identified by the Operations Manager
  • C oordinate department responses to Command data calls
  • Assist in data distribution
  • P articipate in Command teams as a department representative coordinating responses with the Operations Manager
  • S upport meetings for Strategic Offsites, VIP visits, and infrastructure coordination. Activities would include (but not limited to): developing agendas, attendee lists, visitor directions and instructions, taking meeting minutes, collecting any materials distributed and providing copies to the government as appropriate to the meeting subject or focus area

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a Management or Team Lead/Supervisory role
  • 3+ years experience in project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance Required
  • US Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Power BI knowledge and experience highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree in related field is a plus

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Project Management Director for a confidential oil & gas client, you'll be responsible for department-related management services and client relationship in support of fuel station projects (from new ground-up builds, tank and line works, facilities projects, etc.). Projects are primarily located in California/west coast US.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Ensure overall success of all end-to-end projects/program for our client, including development of a trusted client relationship, successful management of established KPIs, acting as a thought/innovative leader and effective oversight of a team supporting the program.
+ Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
+ Direct all phases of the process for management of the program including procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
+ Ensure that contract procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeouts are accurate, timely, and compliant (including compliance with established KPIs).
+ Develop new business growth and maintain existing business relationships.
+ Maintain full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, client account and internal P&L.
+ Identify project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation and backup plans.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+ Experience within fuel station and/or retail ground-up project environment preferred.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
