Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: Agile and Scrum project management, including monitoring project budgets, reporting, and ensuring compliance with SDLC protocols; software design, development, testing, and implementation; delivering industry leading solutions to market; technical solution analysis, design, and execution; analysis and research on current business trends and advanced technologies; implementation and execution of Scrum and Agile practices to deliver technology solutions; and algorithms, CD/CI processes and tools, data structures, design patterns, HTML, Java, object-oriented design and coding across a variety of platforms, Rally, SOAP, Waterfall, web design, Web Services, and XML. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.

Qualifications

- Experience with transformation initiatives involving regulatory compliance, operational modernization, and system integration
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery conversations and support business development efforts
Preferred Experience
- PMP certification
- Experience leading end-to-end project management within the Government/Public Sector, including compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards
- Exposure to Healthcare transformation initiatives, particularly involving Medicare and Medicaid
- Familiarity with public sector documentation, governance, and audit requirements
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional collaboration

As a Program & Project Management Manager at RSM, you will lead the delivery of large, complex transformation engagements across multiple industries, including public sector and healthcare. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects and programs ranging from $600K to $M, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of project governance and delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Project & Program Leadership: Manage large-scale engagements, including ERP and business intelligence transformations, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
