- Partner with Experience Design leads to align team capabilities with client goals and priorities

- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- Understanding of UX design principles and digital product development lifecycle
- PMP or Agile certification a plus
