Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

* Provide system maintenance services to ensure application availability
* Analyze existing system(s), propose modification, and implement system improvements. This includes integration between systems
* Consult with users to gather information about program needs, objectives, functions, features, and input and output data requirements

This mid-level role works with other IT staff to analyze business needs, develop reports and workflows, and ensure systems meet regulatory requirements. The analyst contributes to improving member experience through technology and supports the Credit Union’s core values of ICARE—Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.   • Provides technical support to analyze user requests and convert them into useful computerized processes and/or reports.
  • Ability to gather information through research, organize data, design workflows, write technical specifications, develop specific code, test, validate, and complete user requests.
  • Provides new efficiencies, generates new reports, improves workflow processes, corrects data errors, automates manual tasks, and addresses compliance issues.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description:

The Senior Systems Programming Analyst is responsible for assisting the design, development, and testing of the automation used to deploy and manage the UPS Windows infrastructure. This position identifies and implements automation of technologies and processes to improve the reliability, efficiency, and availability of the systems environment. This person leads junior team members in design, development, architecture, and project management.

The Windows Automation Team is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting the UPS Windows infrastructure, which comprises of 250,000+ Workstations and Servers globally, including the Corporate Data Centers. The core mission of the Windows Automation Team is to provide Windows based programmatic solutions to UPS where existing solutions do not exist or are cost prohibitive. The WAID team is responsible for developing and maintaining systems such as the UPS Windows Deployment System (COSMIC), the LOEv3 Environment Automation as well as various other tools and systems.

The Windows Automation Team is looking for an agile, forward-looking developer who is ready to lead the creation of innovative solutions while being able to quickly change direction when necessary to support the global Windows Infrastructure. This dynamic environment offers a unique opportunity to showcase your many diverse talents, including but not limited to development, server infrastructure configuration, kernel level debugging, and troubleshooting complex issues.

Requirements :

  • Significant knowledge of Windows development platforms such as Microsoft .NET

  • Foundational knowledge of the Windows operating system platform

  • Foundational knowledge of the Azure Cloud and Entra platform

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $84,900/year to $157,320/year. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position.
