+ Typing/preparing various items such as letters, bid instructions, meeting minutes, weekly updates, memos, proposals, outline specifications, timesheets, and expense reports

+ Coordinate and track shipments of goods for import and export.
+ Monitor shipments for compliance with regulations and international trade laws.

+ Maintain accurate and detailed records of all shipments and transactions.
+ Resolve any issues or delays which arise in the shipment process.
+ Acquire AES and AWB documentation from freight forwarders and review for compliance.
+ Follow-up as needed with freight forwarders and supply any necessary information to facilitate return of required documentation.
+ Responsible for the preparation of the Shippers Letter of Instruction and/or AES Filing submission.
+ Assist with coordinating customer routed pick-ups.

Qualifications:

**Qualifications**

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
+ Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in planning and executing decommissioning and demolition projects for power plants or industrial facilities.
+ Experience with a demolition contractor or engineering firm is preferred.
+ Proven experience in managing tasks, contractors, and projects.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The expected compensation range for this position is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location.
