**Position Summary**
The Project Coordinator - Vendor Management role supports the successful delivery of enterprise training initiatives by managing key projects and contributing to vendor strategy within the Learning & Development (L&D) function. This role focuses on sourcing and implementing new learning technologies and supporting innovation efforts such as the "classroom of the future." While day-to-day vendor management is handled by the Training Operations vendor team, this role plays a critical part in onboarding new vendors, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring project execution aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities include:
**_Vendor Strategy & Enablement_** (Approx. 50%)
+ Supports the sourcing, onboarding, and implementation of new learning technology vendors and solutions.
+ Partners with Procurement, Legal, and the Training Ops vendor management team to facilitate RFPs, contract setup, and vendor readiness.
+ Coordinates vendor activities related to strategic initiatives such as classroom modernization and digital learning transformation.
+ Tracks vendor performance during implementation phases and ensures alignment with project goals and timelines.
+ Prepares reports and presentations for leadership on vendor selection, implementation progress, and value realization.
**_Project Management_** (Approx. 50%)
+ Leads the planning and execution of training-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
+ Develops project plans and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including L&D, Talent, and HR Ops.
+ Facilitates project meetings, tracks milestones, and manages risks and issues to keep initiatives on track.
+ Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
+ Maintains accurate documentation and supports post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.

**Required Qualifications**

+ PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

+ Set up all retrofit and automation jobs

+ Coordinates purchase of necessary supplies, equipment and services from appropriate sources.

A large corporate company is hiring a Project Coordinator/Intern to work in the music industry! Must work onsite in Seattle, WA.
This role involves working directly within the music industry team, aiming to grow the business through partnerships with record labels, artists, and managers. The Industry Coordinator will perform support tasks and work on various projects across sub-teams. Responsibilities
+ Coordinate meeting agenda inputs, take notes, and summarize action items.
+ Fulfill administrative tasks including invoice tracking, payments, and contracting.
+ Conduct outreach to labels for follow-ups and to collect assets and deliverables.
+ Track artist partnerships, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and social media activities.
+ Create, review, and update project and campaign trackers.
+ Conduct research projects and audits as directed by the team.
+ Create campaign decks and gather necessary inputs.
+ Set up and prepare for artist meetings and visits.
+ Provide project-based support, such as budgeting and event management assistance.
+ Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree or MBA in music, entertainment, or a related field.
+ Basic technical skills, including creating presentations in PowerPoint.
+ Currently enrolled in a bachelor degree program.
+ Strong interest in the music industry, with experience being a plus.
+ Experience working in the music industry, at labels, big tech companies, streaming services, or social media platforms.
+ Entry-level position ideal for those enrolled in or graduated from a music program.
+ Ability to work independently and within a team.
Work Environment
The role offers flexible work hours, varying from 15 to 40 hours per week, with a commitment of at least two days per week. Additional hours may be available during school breaks, with a preference for full-time hours in the summer. The position is a hybrid model, requiring three days per week in the office. The work environment is supportive of students, with opportunities to gain valuable experience in the music industry. The office is located in Seattle, WA, with one position supporting the country music team in Nashville.
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.

**Overview**

This position will be fully remote within the United States.
**Responsibilities**
We are seeking a project Coordinator with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow and government contracting experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, and a proven track record of supporting federal clients
Coordinates interdepartmental participation to meet project requirements. Maintains lines of communication among project team members. May be responsible for risk management. Must be available to address the needs of the project effort.
+ Reports project progress to management.
+ Arranges logistics for meetings, conferences, training, and other project-related events.
+ Organizes project committee meetings and prepares the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, agendas and other meeting collateral.
+ Transcribes and records key decisions and action items resulting from meetings.
+ Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to the project.
+ Manages work for the team in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
+ leverages Agile methodologies to effectively run projects
+ Pulls reports in ServiceNow
+ Navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides
+ Become familiar with multiple other platforms as needed by the branch
**Qualifications**
**Required Skills and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
+ 8 years of experience in IT
+ 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
+ Strong communication and leadership skills.
+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows
+ Familiarity with government contracting processes, compliance, and documentation standards
+ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is a must have to manage and track day-to-day activities for a variety of different project types
+ Experience with leveraging Agile methodologies to effectively run projects
+ Ability to pull reports in ServiceNow
+ Ability to navigate ServiceNow and create manual test scripts or user guides
+ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Responsibilities
Facilitate project cost, schedule, and scope execution using project management best practices.
Assist teams in achieving deliverables within budget while meeting scope and technical performance requirements.
Support planning processes for work scope within control accounts, including resource and staffing plans.
Monitor and analyze cost and schedule variances using earned value (EV) data; develop corrective actions and recovery plans as needed.

Key Qualifications and Skills
