Key responsibilities/skills include:
- Support construction activities by planning, organizing, and implementing project engineering and project controls tasks as required for successful project execution. This includes safe work planning and execution, quality control, quantity tracking, budget management, financial reporting and forecasting, cash flow management, scheduling, operations work planning, contract/subcontract administration, change management, document control, and project closeout.
- Provide supervision and on-the-job training for lower-level engineers.
- Develop complete understanding of contract plans and specifications.

As a member of the HQ construction team, you will design, build, and activate some of the world's most technically advanced manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities:- Oversee and own full lifecycle of projects with on-time and under-budget delivery
- Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field and office
- Be the overall construction project manager and extreme owner
- Perform project control tasks, including project scheduling and cost control

Pay Range:
Construction Project Engineer I: $95,000 - $15,000/per year

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful execution of construction projects by managing administrative, contractual, financial, and technical tasks. - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the commercial construction industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Viewpoint), and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera)
- Strong understanding of construction processes including safety, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and procurement
- Capable of analyzing data and interpreting technical documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)
Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination
Procurement of construction materials
Quality Control / Quality Assurance checks
Coordination of subcontractors
Survey and project layout
Weekly pictures for progress reports
Manage construction equipment
Safety management
Project estimating
1+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous internship, co-op, or employment experience is a plus
Specific roles may require relocation
Salary Range: $88,000 - 132,000/Yr
