**Main Responsibilities**
+ Provide input and studies to support decision making process with site leadership team and central function.
+ Deciding on the initiation and funding of capital projects.
+ Capital Project delivery model (workforce, study, execution plan, contracts with 3rd party.) for design to closure.
+ Advising on strategies to ensure all engineering activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
+ Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality within the engineering and maintenance groups.
+ Selection and management of external contractors and suppliers to ensure they meet the company's standards and requirements.
