Responsibilities

Arcfield is seeking a Project Integrator to support a Sponsor's front office, who has responsibility for a wide range of duties involving scheduling, planning, coordination of Sponsors and vendors, monitoring progress, and problem solving. The PI will coordinate interdepartmental plans, interface with vendors and Sponsors, and perform extensive investigations as required. Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support Department-level weekly staff meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries (for Senior Department Officers) and work with the Sponsor travel representative on group travel documentation
  • Prepare requests for concurrence cables, reading, assigning, and generating cable responses for Sponsor FO
  • Manage the Sponsor office supply budget; be proactive and responsible in maintaining Department-level office supplies
  • Be the WebTA timekeeper for approximately 60 officers and backup for other SA timekeepers in the Sponsor
  • Maintain the Check-in/Check-out process for staff and contractors including upkeep of welcome books and coins for new EOD
  • Work with Chief of Staff to track officers for nominated awards and ensure medallions are ordered for departing officers
  • Support Group Chief of Staff with floor space/resource planning
  • Maintain Department-level organization charts, personnel lists, and recall plans
  • Maintain group biographic data, including phone trees for personnel accountability purposes and organizational charts for senior leadership
  • Work with the Chief of Staff in maintaining group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Work with the Chief of Staff and Department SIs in maintaining data holdings in accordance with (IAW) the Group Data Management Plan
  • Support and assist the Sponsor Budget and Plans officers
  • Support and assist Chief of Staff (CoS) who is the reporting government senior
  • Perform lock-up security checks and ensure office is secured daily
  • Will be required to build a network with staff and contract SAs and MSAs in the Mission Centers and other pertinent IC elements to enable the Sponsor's mission.

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Capital Process Project Engineering Expert will be responsible for leading and managing process engineering projects within our organization as well as process operational improvements. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1. Lead and manage process engineering projects, either in capital execution or ongoing manufacturing continuous improvement, ensuring the successful execution and delivery of project objectives including people and process safety input.
2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team, supporting the design, optimization, and troubleshooting of processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and quality assurance, to drive process optimization and operational excellence.

5. Identify areas of improvement and develop technical scope of work (PFD's, P&ID's, Layouts,

1. Lead design, bid, project submission/approval, procurement, installation, training, commissioning, and startup/handover while ensuring compliance to budget, schedule and performance expectations.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
3. Lead and participate in process improvement initiatives, utilizing tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis supporting operation improvements.
4. Collaborate with internal and external partners, vendors, and suppliers to evaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, and processes and provide technical feedback to design (for product, ingredient or packaging) to improve standards and solutions.

The Expert Project Controls Analyst is a recognized expert within their area of project cost analysis, identifies opportunities and brings in ideas to help improve company performance and applies extensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices to resolve complex problems with only minimal guidance.

This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.

This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

CA Minimum, $137,124

CA Maximum, $171,420

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development of Earning Rules / and Baseline Schedule Templates
  • Assist in tracking and reporting work stream portfolio trend analysis
  • Identify, provide recommendations, and lead improvements or corrective action to program
  • Train and mentor less experienced PCA's, provide guidance and assistance
  • Help develop and implement earned value and portfolio schedule strategies
  • Manage complex 2,000 to 10,000 line-item schedule
  • Understand and keep track of granularity of PG&E and third-party contractor schedules. Create and maintain complex integrated schedules including import of contractor schedules, functional schedules and schedule data from codependent projects. Ensure horizontal and vertical integration of master schedules.
    • Create contractor scheduling specifications for bid packages to facilitate contractor schedule integration into Master Integrated Schedules including definition of key milestones, activity naming and calendar conventions, contractor baseline requires, and contractor schedule of payments based on weekly and/or monthly
    • Review contractor schedule submissions and PG&E generated schedules for accuracy, unapproved baseline changes, legitimacy of delay and scope change claims
  • Use tools to manage Schedule Change (Claim Digger or equivalent). Identify and evaluate changes made to different versions of the same schedule. Compare schedules, perform impact analysis and document delays to the schedule.
  • Works across multiple cross functional work streams to generate comprehensive solutions
  • Interact with Managers and or Directors to influence, design and implement processes
  • Create detailed plans with limited information including WBS structure and core logic
  • May maintain, utilize and mentor other PCA's regarding ANSI/EIA-748-Compliant Earned Value Management systems and procedures for project management organizations

Knowledge/ Abilities:

Demonstrates knowledge and abilities required for the Journey and Senior level Project Controls Analyst and, also:

  • Interacts with Managers and or Directors to influence, design and implement processes.
  • Has specialized technical expertise and provides information and training as appropriate in the assigned specialized area.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and assistance to project team.
  • Successfully negotiate cost effective solutions beneficial to our customers and PG&E.
  • Complete complex assignments with few or no precedents or standards.

Qualifications

  • BA or BS Degree from an accredited curriculum in the US or the equivalent from outside the US
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Current Planning and SchedulingProfessional (PSP) Certification by AACEI
  • 7 years of experience as a Project Controls Analyst (including Sr. PCA) or 12 years of PG&E relevant experience or 14 related industry experience

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
We are looking for experienced scrum master with 11 years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree, or 13 years without a degree. We are looking for someone who has experience or background in the following requirements:
+ Professional Certifications (At least one): Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Leadership Coaching
+ Proven experience leading and managing enterprise level projects and multi-disciplinary teams using the Lean Agile Project Management methodology or Project Management Framework (PMF)

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
