Project Manager for the Governance and Reporting team in the APMO team where you will develop and execute ongoing project governance, oversight and reporting for the Americas change portfolio. You must have experience doing Portfolio Reporting for all projects and delivering projects in the PMO/Governance space.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coaching and mentoring for project management best practices and alignment with project management standards, procedures, and templates
  • Providing day-to-day Governance for strategic portfolio, ensuring adherence to templates, tools, and procedures for program delivery, change management and key project artifacts
  • Production and/or editing of rigorous weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc status reporting, including tracking of projects and work packages/milestones for delivery
  • Ownership of weekly portfolio report on behalf of a function lead - this includes understanding strategy, alignment of projects to strategy, providing feedback or coaching on project structures, gathering weekly status reports and producing final portfolio report
  • Support daily PMO operations - maintenance of document repository, point of contact / SME for Service Now SPM module, identify and implement process improvements
  • Support annual refresh of Standards, Procedures, training materials, and PMO templates
Requirements:
  • Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff
  • Experience working in an enterprise PMO or providing PMO support for complicated, strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including experience working across multiple functions, committees, and areas

+ **Align cost plan with project master schedule. Establish a strategy to manage cash flows and project accruals and report progress.**
+ **Review existing processes, cost benchmark data, procedures and platforms used and identify improvements.**
+ **Develop program wide Commercial Management strategy and playbook.**
+ **Establish project process standards including budgets, cash flows, reporting templates, governance requirements, risk assessment and mitigation planning templates.**
+ **Develop specific Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and establish reporting suite.**
+ **Prepare and manage the annual capital planning process for your client, capturing all known project demand. Develop prioritization matrix for assessing the importance of planned projects.**
+ **Identify opportunities to digitize and automate commercial processes through workflows and the use of a technology platform.**
+ **Provide** **formal** **supervision** **to** **employees.** **Monitor** **the** **training** **and** **development** **of** **staff.** **Conduct** **performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.**
+ **Coach** **others** **to** **develop** **in-depth** **knowledge** **and** **expertise** **in** **most** **or** **all** **areas** **within** **the** **function.**
