As a Project Management Professional, your day will involve direction and support of field service resources required to install, maintain, repair, analyze, and operate power generation equipment.
This role will coordinate efforts across multiple product lines and personnel, ensuring timely decisions to maximize service quality and customer satisfaction. + Assist with directing complex activities of multiple jobsites and coordinate proper actions to maintain safe work schedules with an approach focused on quality. Maintain contact with jobsite projects on work events and progress, anticipating and preventing future problems.
**What You Bring**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in field service operations with experience in general maintenance of steam turbines, generators, and associated equipment.
+ Effective communication and presentation skills to internal and external customers!
+ Excellent knowledge in SAP, Primavera, and other software/hardware.
+ Ability to work in Nuclear Power environments including fitness for duty testing and security screening.

The **Senior Manager, Project Execution** role will oversee the estimating, planning, and execution of projects assigned, taking ultimate responsibility for the key deliverables on each project. **Role Responsibilities:**
+ Plan, monitor, and control all assigned projects' scope, budget, and schedule
+ Supervise direct reports as a manager in both project and business contexts
+ Travel as needed to meet departmental goals
+ Delegate responsibility amongst direct reports, monitor and progress report
+ Responsibility for overall deliverables as designated by the supervisor
+ Collaborate cross-functionally through various departments to complete tasks assigned
+ Review and approve EPC and subcontract language for all projects to ensure scope captures all aspects of the project's requirements to protect the company
+ Remain abreast of IRA and other pertinent financial requirements and integrate requirements into EPC or subcontract documents
+ Maintain an expert level knowledge of project delivery means methods and techniques in order to direct the work of others
+ Retain working knowledge of all forms of agreement for off takers including Power Purchase Agreements, shared savings, Energy Performance Contract and Tolling agreements
+ Review and interpret reports from Project and Construction managers and provide analysis and recommendation on appropriate path
+ Creative problem-solving ability within a team setting
+ Oversee Residential Business Workmanship warranty and production claims
+ Negotiate with subcontractors or EPCs as appropriate
**Job Requirements and Experiences:**
+ A minimum of twelve (12) years of direct experience in Solar and Battery Storage project delivery, being involved with the project planning, construction, commissioning, and operation
+ Minimum of Three (3) years of experience managing teams of Project and Construction Managers
+ Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships
+ Detail-oriented engineer with an eye for the big picture
+ Demonstrated expertise in the renewable space, desire to learn about the Company
+ Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
+ Strong leadership and communication, and ability to meet deadlines

**Primary Purpose**
Direct the personnel and activities of a project management unit, including development, definition and implementation of work processes and financial management tools, development and implementation of processes and tools to oversee and effectively manage projects, control costs, assure adherence to schedules, prioritize projects and resources and forecast budgets. The Senior Associate Engineer's secondary responsibility is to review solar and battery energy storage system engineering and design, modeling, and performance data submitted to the Project Engineering & Execution team for evaluation and consideration by outside design companies or other team members. In reviewing such information, the Senior Associate Engineer will seek to protect the Company against errors, omissions and oversight, document all sources of due diligence, and keep records of same. Once a project is contracted, the Senior Associate Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transfer of projects to the Project Manager (PM) for construction management and providing support to the PM as required throughout the construction process. The Senior Associate Engineer should be capable of producing AutoCAD drawings suitable for interconnection, permitting, and construction.
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, Design, and Engineer optimized solar PV and PV/BESS systems for project-specific scopes
+ Design to include scope of work, complete bill of materials, specifications, and design drawings directly or through 3rd parties
+ Utilize and update where necessary standard specifications for project 3rd-party Engineering support. Review proposals and finalize contracts for 3rd party support and contract execution
+ Develop and maintain design basis and proposal requirements, knowledge of codes and standards, design procedures, methods, and process, and improve the efficiency of project development and the project selection process
+ Assist Project Development or Sales in communicating the value proposition to client(s)
+ Assist with the Preparation of Investment review materials for FID approval
+ Provide technical guidance for legal and business decision making
+ Support the Project Manager during construction and commissioning
**Job Requirements and Experiences:**
+ Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with a focus on Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
