**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects.

**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years leading or managing a project delivery team.
+ Experience overseeing a project team that coordinates across multiple delivery functions (e.g., implementation, technical integrations).
+ Strong executive presence and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and customer executives.
+ Proven ability to implement governance models and drive consistency across project portfolios.
+ Proficiency in Smartsheets, Salesforce, FinancialForce, or similar tools.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred**
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
+ Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with integration methods (CSV, XML, API) is a plus - understanding the process without needing to execute it.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $125,000-135,000 annually, plus an annual manager bonus. **Job Summary**
The Senior Project Manager leads SHI's most complex device lifecycle projects within the Managed Workplace Services group, overseeing all phases from procurement to recovery. Serving as the primary contact for issues and escalations, this role manages schedules, teams, and communication to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. The Senior Project Manager organizes project and scrum events, coaches team members, and leverages project management tools for successful execution. As a subject matter expert in device lifecycle management and SHI's services, this individual also mentors other project managers and drives continuous improvement across the team.
**Role Description**
+ Lead multiple complex customer projects and programs, managing the full device lifecycle from procurement through deployment, support, recovery, and asset management.
+ Conduct project kick-offs and closing meetings, establishing schedules and maintaining a professional, customer-facing presence throughout the engagement.
+ Assemble and coordinate project teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and managing internal SHI, partner, and onsite delivery resources.
+ Create, maintain, and execute detailed project documentation, including project plans, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and meeting minutes.
+ Communicate project status updates and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing advanced data analysis for clarity and impact.
+ Track and follow up on action items, issues, and risks, developing proactive mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project objectives are met.
