The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of both IT and strategic initiatives across the organization. This role will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, communicate progress to stakeholders, and manage risks and issues as they arise. This individual will also facilitate Steering Committee meetings, lead specialized project meetings, and present project updates to executive leadership and in company-wide forums, leveraging their expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and advanced presentation skills. **Responsibilities**
+ Track and manage projects according to the selected project management framework (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and provide detailed reports on progress, status, risks, and any emerging issues.
+ Lead projects to successful completion while adhering to timelines and staying within budget constraints.
+ Identify, track, and mitigate risks by developing strategies in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
+ Define and prioritize work in alignment with business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.

**Education and Work Experience**
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience across a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

- Agile certification (Scrum Master/Product Owner) or PMP certification is preferred.

The Program Manager will assist the SOCPAC ISR project manager with managing the project to include manning, operational support, financial management, administrative tasks (CACs, TARs, RIPs, reporting documents, deliverables, etc., and business reporting requirements

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Independently executes and monitors project activities
+ Manages changes to scope, cost and schedule of project work

**About the Role**
The Project Manager in PSI's Project Management team is responsible for providing end-to-end project management for PSI's general client implementations, including support with scoping, project design and implementation.
