Minimum Qualifications

Project Manager: Completion of an undergraduate degree from an accredited college and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the construction field as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance Manager; OR Ten (10) years of experience in the construction field as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Quality Assurance Manager.
Senior Project Manager: An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, AND a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or Quality Assurance Manager. OR, Fifteen (15) years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and/or Quality Assurance Manager.
* Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of traveling statewide to construction sites in various stages of development
Competencies: Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills; excellent customer service, problem resolution, and organizational skills; ability to effectively interact with highly skilled professionals. Must be capable of reading and interpreting contracts and construction drawings and have experience working with Microsoft Office Suites and Project Management/Scheduling Software. About the Role
