Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Health IT Project Manager, to provide IT services project oversight and support for one of our clients. The selected candidate will, at a minimum, fulfill the responsibilities listed in the Responsibilities section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a complex IT project and large team.
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) tasks.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and responsible for project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively across tasks, ensuring appropriate staffing and skill sets.
- Analyze and interpret contract requirements, ensuring full compliance with terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, metrics, and lessons learned.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for federal Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), maintaining effective communication and timely responses; Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of the project.
- Analyze new and complex project-related problems while creating innovative solutions that involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
- Provide application systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, and systems maintenance.
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Drive alignment between stakeholder groups and coordinate any cross-functional dependencies.
- Demonstrated lifecycle Program Management experience in a Federal environment.
- Experience with requirements tools and tracking.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or an IT related field; Masters Degree desirable
- 9+ years as an IT Project/Program Manager (Health IT and Cyber Security type projects a plus)
- Must be on client site 5 days a week
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels
- Must be able to successfully complete the DHA security and suitability background check
- Proven ability to use all Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail

The likely salary range for this position is $132,506 - $84,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.

Role Overview
