  • Individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.

  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously; individual shall have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures and individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role.
  • Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
