Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Utility scale solar and BESS EPC project execution experience
• Experience with EPC leadership and Project Management/Execution

The Director, Project Management will provide Leadership and organizational and project management to support the project portfolio across the Americas region.  They will be responsible for leading the execution of continuous improvement activities such as Lean/Six Sigma projects, cost improvement, inventory/operations, metrics development, tracking, and solution development implementation. Strategy development and execution is done in collaboration with the end-to-end supply chain, 3PL service provider and Commercial Partners.

• Deliver key strategic projects, new product launches, cost improvement portfolio and project reporting.

• Manages multiple projects around Lean/Six Sigma projects, cost improvement projects, and inventory/operations metrics development, tracking, and solution development and implementation.

• Identifies, defines, and implements cross-functional projects and programs.

• Leads and mentors’ multiple direct reports, who typically manage task orders under a program level to grow the program leadership team.

**A Day in the Life**
In this dynamic role as a Senior PD Project Management Specialist, you will have responsibility for overseeing the operational aspects of new or ongoing projects. You will leverage a cross-functional team to manage different project types including gross margin initiatives, regulatory requirements, process improvements, and others. Leads reoccurring cross-functional core team meetings to track project task execution. Prepares agenda, facilitates discussion, takes and distributes meeting minutes. Monitors known risks and escalates both technical and logistical roadblocks. Facilitates working sessions among core team members. Develops and manages established project schedules to maintain metrics for project scorecards. Organizes documentation updates to the Design History File (DHF) and executes associated change control in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Tracks open Purchase Orders and provides inputs to budget forecasting.

+ Leads or leverages cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for ongoing lifecycle management of products, processes, and therapies.
+ Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and management.

+ Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
+ Monitors the project from initiation through delivery.
+ Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction goals and objectives.

Must-Have: Minimum Requirements
+ Requires a Baccalaureate degree
+ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience.
