Qualifications
Required
+ Minimum 2+ years of experience in private or public sector AML and/or sanctions-focused activities
+ 2+ Years Experience in AML/sanctions regulations as they apply to financial institutions, including retail, wholesale and international banks, Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management
+ 2+ Years Experience performing AML case investigations, specifically pertaining to Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management
+ 2+ Years experience with transaction monitoring: review financial transactions to detect suspicious activity, such as money laundering, fraud, or regulatory breaches.
+ 2+ Years Experience drafting Suspicious Activity Reports ("SARs")
+ 2+ Years Experience using AML Monitoring systems and related software
+ 2+ Years Experience submitting written and oral reports to senior management and clients
+ 2+ Year Experience of providing advice regarding applicable AML/OFAC regulations and requirements with a focus on Trade Finance, Fraud, Retail Banking, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Navy, depot level surface ship maintenance and modernization **Project Management Expert** to support the Commander, Naval Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) in the **World Class Planning** (WCP) effort to improve advanced planning and planning, execution, and close out oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities.
The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in benchmarking from both industry and government perspectives, and in integrating the efforts into a plan that leverages SCORE (AI, ML, NLP) to improve maintenance and modernization throughout the US Navy. The candidate will be supporting CNRMC, C300 and will be required to travel to the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs).
General responsibilities and tasking include:
+ Support CNRMC in the World Class Planning (WCP) and SCORE - MA improvement initiative
+ Provide oversight to assigned RMC Project Team members, particularly the Project Manager/Superintendent in executing WCP activities
+ Provide input into WCP process improvement for out-of-service (OOS) surface ship availabilities in alignment with CNRMC goals and initiatives
+ Act as CNRMC representative and provide oversight to the RMC Project Team as they develop initial critical and controlling path schedules, identify long lead time material, identify funding and integrate modernization schedules in accordance with WCP goals
+ Provide support and expertise in delivering new products required by WCP such as the Government Preliminary Schedule (GPS) and the Challenge-in courses-of-action brief
+ Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations to CNRMC and the RMCs for continuous improvement to WCP availability planning efforts

Noblis MSD is seeking an experienced Navy depot level surface ship maintenance and modernization **Project Material Management Expert** to support Commander, Naval Regional Maintenance Center (CNRMC) in the **World Class Planning** (WCP) and SCORE (AI, ML, NLP) effort to improve advanced planning and planning, execution, and close out oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availabilities.
The candidate will provide subject matter expertise in benchmarking from both industry and government perspectives, and in integrating the efforts into a plan that leverages technology to improve maintenance and modernization throughout the US Navy. Work location is negotiable, but preferable in Fleet concentration areas. The candidate will be supporting CNRMC, C300 and will be required to travel to the Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs).
General responsibilities and tasking include:
+ Support CNRMC in the World Class Planning (WCP) and SCORE - MA improvement initiative
+ Provide oversight to assigned RMC Project Team members, particularly the Project Material Manager in executing WCP activities
+ Provide guidance on WCP requirements to the Government PMM for communicating material risk mitigations, material substitutes, expediting, warehousing, pier and crane services, and delivery
+ Provide input into WCP process improvement for out-of-service (OOS) surface ship availabilities in alignment with CNRMC goals and initiatives
+ Act as CNRMC representative and provide oversight to the RMC Project Team as they develop initial critical and controlling path schedules, identify long lead time material, identify funding and integrate modernization schedules in accordance with WCP goals
+ Provide support and expertise in delivering new products required by WCP such as the Government Preliminary Schedule and the Challenge-in courses-of-action brief
+ Analyze outcomes and provide recommendations to CNRMC and the RMCs for continuous improvement to WCP availability planning efforts
