Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or program management role.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects, preferably in a consulting or technology environment.
  • Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

- Supervising a team of Senior Project Managers in the day-to-day operation of transportation projects including: project delivery performance, pricing strategies, risk management, forecasting and budgeting, and performance reporting. - Providing interpretation of monthly performance figures to support the overall business unit management and to the project managers to resolve project issues and improve project performance.

- Driving consistent project management practices and procedures in alignment with CDM Smith PM requirements and those of the group.

Ensures compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ADA, GDPR, data security) in all digital initiatives. Manages vendor relationships and evaluates third-party digital service providers, when necessary. Advocates for exceptional user experience throughout the project lifecycle. In partnership with Learning and Development, builds a plan to deliver team training that supports digital product rollouts. Independently takes responsibility for learning and development by acquiring and refining technical and professional skills needed in job-related areas. Participates in routine meetings discussing Digital Services regulatory, process, and system changes.
