This position is responsible for coordinating manufacturing activities related to equipment fabricated at our Honeywell Port Manatee Facility in Palmetto, FL. The facility primarily manufactures heat exchangers that are used throughout the world to liquefy natural gas to facilitate transportation of LNG. Each project is unique and presents one-of-a-kind challenges.
This position is part of the Project Execution Group, which consists of Project Engineering, Proposals Engineering, Methods Specialists and Document Control functions at the facility. Due to the complexity of products and the uniqueness of each individual project, significant and continuous effort must be applied to coordinate the activities of the manufacturing process within the facility. The role includes being the principal point of contact for the coordination of activities with Honeywell Engineering Departments, Procurement, Business Area, Customer Representatives, and Third Party Engineers, Suppliers, and Inspectors.
You will be assigned multiple projects and will be responsible for schedule development, cost reporting and forecasting, monthly status reporting, risk management and mitigation. You will be responsible to ensure assigned projects are executed according to the existing facility Quality Management procedures.
Key skill sets required to be successful in this role include prior project management experience (preferably in metal fabrication or construction), an understanding of pressure vessel or process equipment fabrication, scheduling, cost forecasting, risk analysis, and experience using SAP. Additionally the successful Project Engineer must have the ability to communicate clearly and easily and influence the various departments within the facility to ensure established critical success factors and project requirements are met.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Management of project in accordance with the schedule and budget
+ Manage and Report Key Performance Measure for on-time completion
+ Monitor cost performance and identify gaps
+ Prepare monthly cost forecasts

+ Identify risk associated with assigned projects and develop action plans to mitigate
+ Perform third party spec reviews and evaluations
+ Develop Project Execution Strategy
+ Coordinate and present Monthly Project Review Meetings to management

The Sr. Engineer will join the Facility Group to manage, plan, direct, and coordinate facility project activities to ensure projects are accomplished within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. **Job Responsibilities:**

Location: This position can be located at any Seacoast Bank location within the state of Florida.
The ITSM Program Manager will lead the enterprise IT Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management Practices. This Manager is responsible for the ITIL aligned ITSM processes and procedures and will champion enterprise adoption of Service Management processes and will improve practices around key areas such as Incident, Configuration, Problem, Change and Release Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the ITIL Framework Service Management program and best practice process development function for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management.
- Creates short-term and long-term strategic road maps for service management and ensure goals and initiatives are aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Analyzes incident, problem, and change processes and related data to programmatically identify the causes of recurring incidents, alerts or problems to ensure action plans to issues.
- Escalates issues for resolution to avoid reoccurrence or closes problem.
- Examines work queues for problems in jeopardy of missing service agreements and objectives.
- Manages major incident / high severity incident calls and ensures documentation captured for future root cause analysis, discussion, documentation and potential corrective actions.
- Manages the root cause analysis (RCA) review process with impacted parties, ensuring that quality and in-depth root cause reviews and improvement actions are developed as soon as reasonably possible for high impact outages or for recurring issues.
- Manages Change Management best practices for the organization, including managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Develops ITIL process training material, process documentation, procedures and work instructions.
- Measures and determine ways to improve customer satisfaction and engagement using ServiceNow workflow, process enhancements and metrics.
- Collaborates with IT teams and other departments to review existing processes, capture operational challenges, and develop business requirements for consistency and ongoing improvement.
- Educates and advocates internal partners to use and leverage Service Management processes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of relevant ITIL service management experience
- 10+ years of experience within a technology environment is required
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- ITIL v3 or v4 certification, minimum foundation level; advanced certification preferred.
- Knowledge in ISO2000:2018 Service Management System requirements
- Advanced experience utilizing ServiceNow Service Management tool, dashboards and reporting.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma Methodology

Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the CCDOV Leadership team, create a strategy for the programs overall vision, growth, and operations
- Manages and executes community engagement strategies and work plans for the staff and volunteer teams, monitoring progress and refining/adjusting to optimize results
- In partnership with the CEO, develops strategies around cultivating and stewarding relationships to build OMH's visibility, impact, and financial resources, including the operation of the Volunteer and In-Kind Donations Program
- Ensures appropriate systems are in place, including with respect to the constituent relations management system (Raisers Edge), for gift processing/acknowledgement
- Highly collaborative, resourceful, and results-oriented with the ability to think creatively, generate new ideas, prioritize, and follow through with execution of plans.
- Maintains a portfolio of donors and prospects, and engage in donor cultivation and gift solicitation, including in-kind gifts
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with children, youth, families or a special population or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
- Compelling, charismatic leader with the ability to move a team forward by inspiring and motivating people
- Strong communications and relationship skills
- Working knowledge of database reporting systems and Microsoft Office
- Florida Driver's License
- Ability to pass a Level II background screening
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the program
