  • Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field preferred, but equivalent experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience leading ground-up Multifamily projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management ability, and teamwork
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
