**Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships

+ Collaborate with project design teams
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
+ Develop & maintain schedules, lead project status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take a leading role in client relationships
+ Work primarily with Power Delivery, but may also interface with other divisions, based on the nature of any particular project
+ This position will primarily have local travel to regional clients
+ Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, managing project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited University required engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline OR 10+ years of professional experience in the electric power and communications industry
+ Ten (10) + years of applicable industry experience
+ Five (5) + years of relevant project management experience
+ Relevant experience includes small- to medium-scale project management, and/or project-lead engineering experience on projects
+ Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
+ General understanding of transmission systems required
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ Familiarity with regional utilities in the respective region

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical, schedules and financial aspects of Power Delivery Transmission Line projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing our Power Delivery services to existing and new clients in the Mountain and Upper Midwest region. Ideally, this PM will be located near our Denver, CO, Boise, ID, St. Louis, MO, Overland Park, KS, Ann Arbor, MI or Burnsville, MN office, however, we will consider applicants for other locations where a POWER Engineers office is present.
**Other responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:**
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships

+ Collaborate with project design teams on a regular basis (e.g. regular project status meetings)
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team

+ Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, managing project teams, invoicing, contract review and negotiations, client marketing, and project presentations
**Required Education/Experience**
+ PE registration or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
+ Bachelor's in Engineering or Business or other related field
+ Relevant experience including small-scale to medium-scale Project Management, or project lead engineering experience
+ Knowledge and experience with Project Management processes and tools such as Primavera P6, Ecosys Forecasting, Risk Management tools, Change Management tools and Earned Value Analysis.

You will lead an IPT spanning multiple functions including: supply chain, IP&S, Quality / Supplier Quality, Production Engineering, Design Eng , Liaison Eng, Operations Eng, and Materials & Processes to develop hardware and software prototypes conducting advanced mission planning and decision-making across air, space, maritime, and land domains. As an example of one program, you will be overseeing our Infrared Management Aid (IRMA) program.
As the IPT leader, you will provide rudder for the other members, ensure timely hand-offs across functions, and maintain consistent priorities. Your coordination and influence will be a key lever to grow Boeing's presence within the Mission Planning and Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) markets.
This role is an excellent opportunity to hone program management skills and demonstrate an ability to lead a team in successful execution of a long-term objective. You will gain valuable experience working with the various functions who all support production of major aircraft assemblies as well as interacting and managing large external suppliers.
