Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Louisiana Project Delivery Leadwith a minimum of 12 years' experience in highway design and, improvement projects. This position will be part of our design and engineering team and will manage technical delivery teams for current and upcoming projects in Louisiana. As a Louisiana Project Delivery Lead, you will utilize your experience and technical knowledge of design and engineering as well as familiarity with local, state and federal project development processes to deliver project success for Arcadis and our clients. You will have the opportunity to coordinate all aspects of project design with various disciplines and will work closely with the Project and/or Program Managers as well as other members of the Project Management Team to ensure the successful completion of the projects within the established budget, schedule, quality, and safety parameters. Additionally, you will support the identification and pursuit of key design IDIQs and projects with LADOTD and other key clients in LA. You will leverage strategic partnerships in order to meet our client's needs for the proposed work. Role accountabilities: Take responsibility for coordinating with national design disciplines throughout the life of the project. Ensure the overall success of projects by facilitating cross-discipline coordination and review, and monitoring quality processes. Lead a diverse team of program/project managers, planners and designers to ensure tasks and designs meet client's expectations, standards and schedules. Participate in design meetings with client and internal personnel to support program/project delivery. Conduct technical reviews of contract documents, technical requirements, and reference documents. Work with the Project / Program Manager and various discipline leads to develop design delivery plan and track project progress including any scope deviations. Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications: Minimum 12 years of project management and design experience with public sector clients Prior experience as a technical lead Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management, etc.) Professional Engineer License in Louisiana Transportation Design. Experience delivering design-build or design-bid-build projects using LADOTD design and environmental processes. Key Attributes: Demonstrated ability to work with contractor clients both during tender phase and detailed design phases of design-build projects. Demonstrated ability to work with state and municipal clients in planning and design phases of design-bid-build projects. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent management skills to manage Arcadis personnel and sub-consultants. Develop/implement project delivery solutions. Represent the company to internal and external clients. **Roles and Responsibilities**
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical and financial aspects of power delivery projects, managing and developing client relationships, and marketing POWER's power delivery services to existing and new clients in the respective region. + Lead the project planning process including initiation, design, engineering, material procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out for multiple concurrent projects.

Base Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job Summary
Strategically, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive plans that optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence in delivery. You will engage with key stakeholders, manage high-stakes vendor relationships, and navigate the complexities of regulatory compliance. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks to datacenter delivery will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a high- impact role that will lead, drive, and ensure the successful management and delivery of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across Design, Engineering and Operations. Your ability to anticipate and mitigate risks will be crucial in maintaining project timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to own end-to-end delivery of network and data center capacity across concurrent builds.
This role will oversee data center focused projects and initiatives. Managing these construction projects well is key to the overall success of customer deliveries. You will engage directly with our Colo and LV partners' leadership and project management teams, driving accountability and improvements to meet our customers' needs. You will also engage with internal teams to make sure we deliver the proper design and process documentation to the Colo, execute on our ISP circuit contracts, and update all internal tracking tools for handover to our operations teams at the end of the project.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Being the end-to-end leader in charge of the program, from shaping the approach to achieving the desired outcomes through delivery.
+ Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies for data center construction and network build projects to align with organizational goals.
+ Partner with the design team to ensure design and construction are fully coordinated in advance of contracting.
+ Partner with Construction team to ensure collaboration and seem less handoff
+ Project Management: Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
+ Tenant Fit Out and LV Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, commissioning and LV fit out to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scopes of tenant fit out projects with the overall project scope.
+ Vendor Management: Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
+ Budget Oversight: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
+ Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
+ Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction and operational efficiency.
+ Regular project visits to ensure schedule, coordination, and quality will be required throughout the life of the project on an as needed basis.
