- Provides technical recommendations and assists with the development of training aids, instructor guides, student manuals and web-based training for FEMA Public Assistance courses.
- Conducts preliminary damage assessments in the field, reviews FEMA Public Assistance applicant data, and makes recommendations regarding claim eligibility.
- Documents damages, scopes of work and estimated costs to repair or replace a facility or structure. Reviews estimates against the final cost.
- Provides analyses and updated reports, participates in status update meetings with FEMA, and identifies the need for technical specialists. Analyzes data and information using general planning principles to develop solutions to disaster-related problems.
- May coordinate and complete basic to moderately complex site inspections to validate and record damage to assist in the FEMA Public Assistance grant delivery process.

Cordoba is looking for a Kindergarten through 12th grade facilities Project Manager, whose expertise lies in the planning, development, design, and permitting of school facility projects, particularly as they relate to deferred maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have intimate knowledge of maintenance and operations processes/knowledge. Knowledge of the California Building Code (CBC), Division of State Architect (DSA), Building Information Management (BIM) software systems, California High Performance Schools (CHPS), LEED sustainability practices are highly desirable. Candidate will also have oversight or manage certain projects through the construction execution process. All school projects are within the Los Angeles County area, including some non-Los Angeles cities surrounding the LAUSD jurisdictional territory.
Responsibilities- Manages, oversees, and coordinates all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction and close-out phase of all assigned projects.
- Reviews pre-construction documents and submits comments to Designer as necessary.
- Plans, organizes, and prepares reports to upper management with respect to the status and/or progress of the projects.
- Coordinates with all pertinent public agencies during pre-construction and construction to comply with all off-site work, coordinates with various District and Project staff.
- Manages both the project budget and schedule to meet the District's qualitative standards; monitors the project budget on a monthly basis and ensures that the budget accurately reflects the project status/progress.
- Manages daily activities of the contractor, reviews contractors' construction schedules and submittals, and coordinates responses to the contractors' inquiries through the Requests for Clarifications (RFC) and other related documents.
- Reviews substitution submittals from contractors to ensure specification and/or District requirements are complied with.
- Receives, reviews, and negotiates Contractor Change Order Proposal(s) to achieve a fair and reasonable price in accordance with the General Conditions; reviews and addresses all Schedule impacts in accordance with the project specifications in a timely manner.
- Reviews the process and monitors payments for the contractor, architects, engineers and any other pertinent parties.
- Administers provisions of Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District.
- Coordinates District delivery of related fixtures, furniture and equipment.
- Monitors and manages project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Eight (8) years' full time professional experience in the Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values $2M or above.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $110,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. - - Develop and lead the stage gate process of innovation and renovation from ideation through commercialization, managing all aspects of project management, including documentation, reporting, and conducting meetings by closely working with primarily local and international R&D leaders and local marketing professionals.
- - Develop and maintain R&D project plans, proactively monitor, and control project work, identifying variances to timelines and budgets, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders.
- - Develop external innovation project partners, including co-packer and co-man, etc.
- - Facilitate collaboration projects by assisting with communication between headquarters in Korea, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors.
- - Assist with special R&D project assignments as needed.
- - Manage R&D center budget and control monthly expenses; draft and assist R&D's annual/midterm strategic planning; possibly R&D center administrative management.
- - Monitor and provide reports on R&D performance.
- - Report industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences by monitoring developments and competitive activities.
- - Continuously update headquarters on innovation status.
- - Bachelor's degree in marketing, food science, technology, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- - 10-13 years of experience in marketing or product development within CPG food manufacturing.
- - 5+ years in product development or NPD management.
- - CAPM certification preferred with CPG marketing or product development experience.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- - Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- - Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- - Forward-thinking individual driving innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- - Bilingual in Korean preferred.
