The purpose of the Benefits Plans Project Specialist is to coordinate and support various projects and provide administrative support for all Plans and the Participant Benefits department. The specialist will also be responsible for maintaining various spreadsheets, assisting with member inquiries, data entry and coordinating with Fund vendors on special projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Maintains a list of open issues and requests regarding Contribution Accounting activities to include employers who have not reported or paid timely, requests or questions from the employers, etc.
- Maintains a list of employers who have reported and paid late including tracking letters sent and whether late fees have been assessed
- Support Payroll Auditors with clerical work including but not limited to CAT Memos, Engagement letters, and billing letters
- Maintains audit spreadsheet of those employers with audit findings
- Maintains master plan comparisons and Employer Matrix for all plans
- Gathers, tracks and reports on TPA monthly reports (Join Operations Committee) for purpose of trending and decision making
- Distribute Collective Bargaining Agreement to Third Party Administrator and Fund Staff to communicate details on new employers, including plans to be offered, special provisions in the CBA, timing to onboard and specific transition requirements
- Supports the Plan and Benefits Manager in responding timely to inquiries from the union and coordinates responses as appropriate with other teams
- Responsible for reviewing and updating plan comparisons for unions
- Sets up trustee prep meetings and agendas and maintains timelines
- Coordinates trustee conference calls
- Responsible for adding SMMs to the SPDs
- Provides general administrative and project support to the Participant Benefits department including: Telephone support, mail, typing/data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, communications with providers, unions, vendors, and participants, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements
- Composes, reviews, edits and prepares correspondence and prepared documents for accuracy
- Manages department calendars within different time zones
- Sends, uploads, and maintains Communication Timeline Project Spreadsheet
- Maintains confidentiality when handling materials and member information
- Responsible for effectively and accurately taking and transcribing meeting minutes
- Generates and files departmental correspondence, reports and meeting materials
- Enters and maintains data in various Fund systems
- Prepares and maintains project Management spreadsheet
- Prepares System Access Request Forms (SARF)
- Provide input on opportunities to automate processes/utilize tools/resources
- Exemplifies the Fund's values in leading and fostering a respectful, trusting, and engaged culture of inclusion and engagement
- 4 ~ 6 years of direct experience performing complex and executive level administrative duties
- Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Preferred to have Certification in Office Administration, General Office Technologies or similar
- Preferred to be fluent (speak and write) in Spanish
- Working knowledge and experience of office management practices, health insurance, managed healthcare, and legally required communications and documentation
- Working knowledge and experience with filing, generating correspondence, coordinating large meetings and travel arrangements, minute taking, preparation of meeting materials, presentation of materials and work plan documents
- Advanced level MS Office and MS Excel skills
- Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher

Salary range for this position: Salary $58,300 - $72,900. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) as a hybrid employee, 8 - 4pm (PT). May be asked to travel for open enrollment events.

Key responsibilities encompass construction safety, quality assurance, scheduling, contractor scope management, and budget oversight. The Project Manager will ensure adequate staffing, monitor construction progress, establish strategic goals, and closely track performance to achieve these objectives. **Role Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure the timely execution of the project within the established schedule and budgetary constraints and in compliance with safety, reliability, technical quality and regulatory requirements
+ Proactively oversees the execution of project contracts including the thorough review and approval of change orders and invoices
+ Coordinate project expectations, workflows, and communications among various departments and stakeholders, both internal and external, to RWECE to ensure alignment with the project objectives, contracts, budgets and schedules
+ Conduct Quality Analysis/Quality Control for key deliverables associated with both managed projects and task, as well as those overseen by others

**Job Requirements and Experiences:**
+ Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management related field of study from an accredited college or university
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; Minimum 5 years of progressive project management experience
+ Experience in the power generation field is preferred

+ Overseeing the management, development, execution, and closeout of ECPs within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain.

a Contract Manager in the Gas Services Execution group, you will support the
execution of contracts pertaining to the sale and service of Siemens Energy's
portfolio. The selected individual will perform a full range of contractual
services during the execution phase of the contract management life cycle. The
successful candidate will work independently and as a member of a regionally
