As a Project Manager (PM) for Project Delivery Management (PDM), you will oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Project Delivery Management organization. This individual will establish and enforce project management standards, and ensure that all projects align with organizational goals, budgets, and timelines. The role oversees the complete lifecycle of real estate projects, from conceptual planning to completion, by planning, executing, and closing projects.
The position reports to a Sr. Project Executive, Project Delivery & Management for the Americas. Responsibilities will be primarily focused on Nashville, TN.
**The position is based in Nashville, TN and requires full time presence onsite.**
**Responsibilities**
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the design, development, and construction of a multi-building corporate headquarters campus project in Nashville, TN. The project includes ground up construction of 2 million+ SF of commercial Class A+ space, heavy civil and site utility work, transportation network improvements, and public infrastructure. Specific activities include:
+ Lead teams through all phases of project development - implementation, delivery, documentation, and financial closeout.
+ Develop and present project status reports, dashboards, project updates and executive summaries to senior leadership.
+ Manage and ensure the health of the project Schedule and Budget.
+ Facilitate consistent communication with both Oracle stakeholders (Facility Managers, Planners, IT, Security, Procurement, etc.) and the external project team to provide clear priorities.
+ Represent Oracle to neighboring businesses, building departments, utility companies, and adjacent property owners.
+ Provide assistance developing project decision scenarios and recommendations to drive internal approvals and execute project initiatives, entailing frequent collaboration with executive leadership.
+ Review civil, site utility, architectural, MEP, structural, interiors, and space planning drawings to ensure the designs meet project requirements and are scope requirements are accurately captured within service provider engagements.
+ Ensure all projects support of Oracle's RE&F strategic vision to provide inviting, inclusive, collaborative, and technology-enriched environments where everyone can thrive.

+ Ability to prepare budgets, reconcile costs, and accurately generate and monitor quarterly cashflows.
+ Ability to monitor permitting and construction progress and track the progression of work against a project schedule.
+ Ability to understand and monitor material procurement, delivery timing, project sequencing, material staging, and logistics for a multi-building project.
+ Ability to understand topographic survey, horizontal, and vertical layout information.
**Key Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Candidate must be located within normal commuting distance from Oracle's Nashville, TN offices and can work onsite in an active construction area.
+ Experience in ground up building construction, preferably multi-building development projects.
+ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ BA/BS in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
+ Master's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred.
+ 5-10 years' prior project management experience required in the construction or engineering.
+ Experience tracking schedule progress through site development, foundations, structure, and exterior envelops are desirable.
+ Experience constructing or reviewing reports and/or shop drawing of geotechnical analysis and design, deep foundations, and shoring systems is preferred.
+ Ability to travel as required.

For this role, we anticipate paying $165,000 - $185,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is looking to add a Director of Project Delivery to the team. This role can be based remotely within the U.S. with travel to project sites and the DEPCOM office as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience leading EPC Project teams with a balanced focus on development and execution.

What You Will Do
- Oversee and direct Project personnel on utility scale solar photovoltaic and BESS projects
- Provide guidance to Project team members on all aspects of project execution including schedule management, financial forecasting, prime contract compliance, progress reporting, customer and community relations
- Provide input on project documentation related to contract administration, schedules, and budgets
- Drive portfolio level planning, prioritize portfolio opportunities and mitigation efforts, leverage internal and external capabilities to drive advantaged solutions
- Create an environment where knowledge and ideas are shared proactively, challenge is solicited and encouraged while building trusted relationships internally and externally
- Guide the Project team to focus on economic thinking
- Set clear and measurable goals for Project Managers and their direct reports
- Work with our preferred partners to put monthly/quarterly leadership meetings in place
