**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Working with Marketing senior leadership and the Data Insights team, identifies advisor experience metrics/KPIs and establishes overall advisor experience objectives and goals.

+ Manages deadlines, expectations, and logistics coordination for meetings, conferences/events, and projects through regular communication. Leads conference/event participation and content coordination for Marketing, and tracks results of participation.
+ Prepares/manages cost estimates and budgets for key events and initiatives.
+ Develops actionable analysis on the effectiveness of various marketing strategies and campaigns and incorporates insights into marketing plans and future initiatives.
+ Builds relationships on all levels, both within and outside of the department, including associates in the firm's account management, product management, corporate communications, practice management, data/insights, IT, content coordination, and other departments. Develops/ensures connections leading to enhanced opportunities for visibility and advisor engagement.
+ Presents to audiences of various levels and sizes (financial advisors, branch professionals, prospective advisors, RJ management) on topics ranging from a general marketing overview to topics requiring a higher level of marketing subject matter expertise. Presents to management audiences to gain feedback and/or approval for roadmaps, campaigns/strategies, budgets and other plans. Represents department in booths at conferences, expos, technology centers, etc.

JOB SUMMARY:

SEGA's newly formed Marketing Strategy team leads KPI setting, measurement, and campaign analysis across SEGA West's PC & Console titles. Analyzing a wealth of data, this team works to determine the impact of our marketing approach on the sales funnel across first party and D2C sales platforms.

The data analyst role is responsible for working with product marketing counterparts to set KPIs, establish measurement methodology, and analyze the performance of ongoing marketing campaigns providing strategic recommendations for optimizations across the marketing mix. This role will be an expert in brand lift studies, attribution, and analysis of the full marketing funnel with a proven track record in analysis of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-obsessed and has solid experience using large datasets to create insightful reports and drive strategies that improve the impact of our marketing campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Together with Brand Marketing, Media and CRM teams create strategies and measure success of campaigns, channels and customer segments performance, to help drive performance and campaign efficiency
  • Develop KPIs, benchmarks, and measurement to track the ongoing performance of our marketing campaigns in real-time
  • Leverage campaign performance data to identify ways to optimize marketing spend
  • Quantify the effects of community social media engagement and earned/owned media coverage on game sales KPIs

As the Manager - Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, executing, and measuring strategic marketing plans, demonstrating a clear understanding of people and how to build awareness about Wesco's products, services, and solutions to satisfy their needs. This role focuses on Wesco's electrical OEM business and includes partnering with commercial leadership to strategize and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement, sales enablement, market awareness, and demand generation. You should be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities while contributing to long-term strategy, meeting deadlines, adapting to changing business needs, and managing and inspiring a team of motivated professionals.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate marketing activities for assigned strategic business units or areas, spanning customer engagement, sales enablement, market awareness, lead generation and market intelligence.
+ Implement marketing plans and manage associated marketing activities.
+ Develop marketing campaigns in collaboration with other marketing, supplier, and business leaders, including evaluation of marketing plans and development of strategies to respond to changing market and competitive conditions.
+ Understand and interpret customer and sales data to identify opportunities in market and drive sales growth.
+ Recommend methods for developing existing or related markets and expanding into new ones.
+ Keep informed of new marketing approaches and products, services, and solutions offered by competitors.
+ Support channel strategy by partnering with key suppliers to drive mutual growth.
+ Utilize Wesco's project management system to ensure timely execution of projects and role clarity of creative department.
+ Ensure scheduled programs are completed on time and on budget and communicate results, best practices, and successes.
+ Contribute to driving profitable growth of targeted businesses by consistently ensuring that marketing programs remain aligned with corporate, business unit and strategic supplier partner priorities.
+ Take a data-driven approach to establish program goals, track progress, report impact, and refine over time.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree - Marketing or Business Administration required; Masters' Degree - Business Administration, Marketing Communications, Advertising, or Marketing preferred
+ 7+ years experience in product or field marketing
+ 3+ years experience in strategic business planning
+ 5+ years experience in product or field marketing preferred
+ Experience in Industrial/B2B channel marketing preferred; distribution experience a plus preferred
+ Industry knowledge, including suppliers, customers, and competitors preferred
+ Experience in electrical, electronics or manufacturing preferred
+ Experience in hiring, training, developing, managing and appraising personnel preferred
+ Marketing strategy and implementation
+ Strong creativity and entrepreneurial drive
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong research and analytics skills
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented

**Position Purpose:**
The Director of Digital and Database Marketing Strategy is an innovative and customer-centric leader who is responsible for developing and overseeing multichannel initiatives that help our brand connect with key stakeholders across different journeys and touchpoints.

+ Oversee a team of five digital, social, and database marketing professionals
+ Lead digital communications and social media strategy, including audience development, content creation, and distribution across multiple platforms
+ Oversee the management and optimization of digital and social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
+ Develop and manage a robust strategy for paid and organic content that is audience-centric, compelling, and aligns with business goals
+ Oversee creation and maintenance of web sites, including content, accessibility, design and performance
+ Collaborate with IT to improve the site's UX/UI, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and goals

+ Develop and oversee enterprise video strategy

**Education/Experience:**
10+ years of experience in Communications, Marketing, or related fields and 5+ years of leadership experience/managing teams.
Digital/social media, analytics, and digital marketing expertise.
**Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Technical SEO, UI/UX Design, SEM/GA360, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud.:**
Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
