**About the role:**
Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated Manager to join their Trade Management Team and assist in managing the steady state operations of the company's trade plan including oversight of the company's Trade Promotion Management system. This person will partner with Field Sales, Finance, Deductions, and other members of the Trade Team to execute Liquid I.V.'s Annual Trade Plan and ensure compliance with trade strategy budgets and guidelines.
**Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:**
+ Complete Pre and Post Promotional ROI analysis for spends that are above identified thresholds and share out results and insights.
+ Work with Sales Finance to track trade spend and adherence to annual trade rates at customer and channel level.
+ Actively participate in Monthly Trade Plan Review meetings providing input and insight and lead remediation activities post-meeting.
+ Become super-user / business administrator in TPM tool to cover user set-ups and training, securities, minor system troubleshooting, and dashboard reporting development.
+ Provide level of control on promotion approvals to confirm promotional activity is aligned with trade strategy.
+ Work with Sales to obtain monthly approval of trade plans to ensure proper trade rate management and spend visibility and to cross-functional teams.
+ Work with Sales (and Brokers) to manage process for securing promotional trade contracts and track adherence as events are confirmed.
+ Validate on-order allowances from ERP to confirm TPM and Order Processing are aligned.
+ Collaborate with deduction team as needed by ensuring that all appropriate spends and contracts are tracked within TPM system.
**Qualifications:**
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business, economics, or any other business-related field) required.
+ Minimum 3 years working in trade management with demonstrated experience conduct pre- and post-event analysis
+ Experience working with Trade Promotion Management solutions.
+ Highly organized and dependable.
+ Comfortable working in diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ Experience with systems implementation and business best practices.
+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating objectivity, delivering results, and showing initiative.
+ Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner

**Work Environment:**

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $98,400 - $147,600 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

About the Role
The Consumer Promotions Manager drives the development and execution of consumer and trade promotions that support brand objectives, sales goals, and retailer partnerships. Remote within: CA, IL, NY, FL, TX.
Plan & Execute National Promotional Programs
+ Develop national and seasonal promotional programs in line with the commercial calendar, brand, and channel strategies including but not limited to consumer activations, coupons/offers, sampling, giveaways, tie-in partnerships, and 360 amplification including digital and social media
+ Manage point of sale development (e.g.,displays, premiums, neckers, case cards) from concept through to production, partnering with brand, creative agencies, vendors and operations.
+ Lead additional brand opportunities including launch kits, influencer gifting and custom point of sale .
Performance Analysis
+ Track program KPIs such as lift over baseline, ROI, compliance rates, and share outcomes with brand & sales teams.
+ Optimize future promotions based on learnings and market insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Work with Brand Marketing to ensure promotions reinforce brand positioning.
+ Partner with Field Marketing and Sales teams.
+ Coordinate with Marketing Operations on promotional items set-up detail, production and distribution.
Trade & Market Engagement
+ Support field marketing and sales teams with sell-in tools and education on programs.
+ Support management of display incentives
+ Attend market blitzes, distributor meetings, and retailer/vendor meetings as needed.
+ Apply a strong understanding of brand positioning, objectives and strategies and can bring those elements to life in the process of program development:
+ Selecting the most compelling consumer offers and promotional mechanics within budget constraints.
+ Prioritizing which brands or SKUs receive promotional focus in alignment with commercial objectives.
+ Approving final creative & POS designs that balance brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
+ Determining which program learnings drives future strategy adjustments.

About you
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing.

• Define a product vision, lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day management of feature work to evolve Sephora experiences related to promotions and samples (samples include Free Samples, Loyalty Rewards and Free Gifts with Purchase)

• Define customer experience and business goals for new features and improvements.

• Interface with the Marketing department to evaluate, prioritize and build new features and tools to optimize the life cycle of our customers. Samples process includes online fulfillment. Therefore, experience with warehouse systems and/or order management systems and supply chain processes is ideal.

• Gather input from both internal business partners and external sources, and craft a prioritized roadmap that is feasible and can be measured.

• Own your products from concept to launch: analyze customer data, competitors, market trends, evaluate technologies, develop detailed requirements and feature definitions, design and drive the implementation plan, and manage the ultimate launch and communications.

• Be an advocate for your products; articulate the customer and business value to all levels of the organization. Develop compelling presentations and prototypes to communicate your product story. • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process; ensure what is delivered meets the original goals and KPIs.

• Lead cross-functional teams from diverse disciplines including engineers, designers, and business owners to drive the launch of the product. Make thoughtful decisions on the fly, constantly clearing roadblocks to getting your product live.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years in Product Management for an e-commerce, transaction-based, retail, or similar, including multiple product launches and roadmap ownership. Proven role in launching successful customer-facing digital products on web, tablet and mobile.
