**Responsibilities**
+ Install, alter, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems on thermoforming machines.
+ Perform all required preventative maintenance tasks within the timeline specified on all assigned equipment.
+ Assist Electricians with troubleshooting, repairs, and installs.
+ Perform all tasks and complete any required documentation in ISO/SQF.
+ Assist with any other tasks asked of you when needed in order to be a team player and help out whenever you may be needed.
+ Perform tool changes on Formers and tool repairs in shop.
+ Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.

**Qualifications**

+ Capable of communicating with tech support and parts procurement.

Essential Functions:
- Installs, repairs and performs preventative maintenance on industrial processing equipment, water levels, water systems and other equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoots electrical issues.

- Proficient in the proper use of power and hand tools.

- PLC programming experience.
- Experience in carpentry, boiler repair, welding, and general facility repairs.

As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club Operations team, the dockside Fleetio Maintenance Technician troubleshoots and performs light maintenance on our fleet of vessels, while assisting with executing the day-to-day operations of the Club.
