Responsibilities:

  • Provide Windows and Ubuntu ServerNetwork troubleshooting and maintenance.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the efficient provisioning, configuration, operation, and ongoing maintenance of hardware, software, and supporting infrastructure. Needs:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Generate periodic performance reports to support capacity planning.
  • Regularly apply operating system patches and upgrades; update administrative tools and utilities; configure and deploy new services as needed.
  • Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization; configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.


Problem Management – 35%

  • Provide second-level support for server and system issues.

Project Collaboration – 5%

  • Work independently with project teams, including management and developers, to assess technical needs.

Backup and Recovery – 5%

Ensure all configurations and operations comply with established global IT standards and policies.
  • Data Center Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations within the Data Center, including rack and stack of equipment, cable management, and environmental monitoring.
