The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams. Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.
We're looking for a Tax Provision Manager to join the Finance Team! You'll play a key role in Snap's global tax reporting and will work collaboratively with other groups within our tax and broader finance teams to support our global tax planning, accounting and compliance functions.
What you'll do:
+ Manage global quarterly and annual US GAAP ASC 740 income tax accounting workstreams, including preparation and review of the global consolidated tax provision, tax reserve analysis, valuation allowance analysis, tax account roll forward, and SEC footnote disclosures
+ Coordinate, review and consolidate the domestic and international tax provisions prepared by the compliance team
+ Design and implement procedures and technology solutions for Pillar Two compliance and accounting
+ Evaluate and document the tax accounting and Pillar Two implications of M&A transactions, changes in tax legislation, and other complex tax issues
+ Prepare and review the US GAAP and IFRS global stock-based compensation tax calculations
+ Lead SOX compliance, including working among external auditors, internal auditors, and the tax team members to ensure tax control processes are functioning properly and consistently refined
+ Lead automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the global tax provision process
+ Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
+ Strong technical expertise in US GAAP ASC 740
+ Comprehensive understanding of core US and non-US tax concepts and general accounting principles
+ Self-starter who can operate effectively and accurately in a deadline-driven fast-paced environment
+ Detail oriented with strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
+ Desire and ability to build cross-functional relationships
+ Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives
+ Experience with OneSource Tax Provision and/or Alteryx is a plus
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or equivalent experience
+ 6+ years of tax experience in Big 4 public accounting firm, corporate tax department of multinational company, or combination thereof
Preferred qualifications:
+ Masters in Tax or JD
+ Experience in Oracle ERP and OneSource Tax Provision software

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

In this key role, you'll serve as the first point of care for employees, providing both routine and emergency medical attention for work-related and general health issues. Based primarily in the on-site nurses station, you'll deliver care, conduct health assessments and screenings, and manage medical records. The role also requires mobility to respond to incidents on the production floor, helping maintain a safe, healthy, and productive workplace.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide on-site medical care within nursing scope and protocols.
Respond promptly to workplace and general health issues.
Perform health screenings (drug/alcohol tests, spirometry, audiometry).
Maintain accurate health records for OSHA and state compliance.
Ensure confidentiality in all health matters.
Support safety and ergonomic initiatives.
Assist with wellness programs and employee health education.
Help manage and document workers compensation cases.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the health and safety team.
What Youll Need
Education: Current unrestricted state license as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse required.
Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid/AED card required. If selected, Pilgrims will facilitate b e coming certified in urine drug screen and breath alcohol collections.
Experience: Prefer 1+ years experience in the nursing field.Clinical hours can be acceptable for graduate nurses.
