The Inner Compass Collective is immediately seeking LCSW or LPC clinicians who specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and/or Autism. Candidates must be fully licensed—or eligible for licensure—in Texas. We primarily operate via telehealth and welcome applications from licensed clinicians anywhere in the United States. We plan to expand our in-person services as demand grows.
Position Highlights:
- 1099 contractor role with flexible scheduling (minimum of 5 sessions/week or 20 sessions/month).
- Complete Autonomy: You have total control over your client caseload and schedule and you decide how much or little you'd like to work.
- Guaranteed Payment twice per month for completed billable hours, regardless of insurance delays.
- Competitive Reimbursement Splits : We pay you 65% of the final session fee (including no shows), with room for even more growth based one special skills and/or training.*
- Comprehensive Support : Billing, EHR, credentialing, and essential subscriptions are provided by Inner Compass, with full administrative support available based on your needs.

Position Requirements:
- Licensed or willingness to attain licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in Texas.
- A demonstrated desire to self-improve clinical skills and efficacy.
- Must complete a criminal background check.
- At least one certification in ADHD and/or Autism treatment (ADHD-PT, ADHD-CCSP, CAS, etc.) is highly preferred.
