Our IPO and SPAC Advisory practice provides IPO and private capital issuers and SPAC targets with transaction perspectives, insights and advice as they evaluate and execute capital markets transactions.

As a NTAG Tax Manager you will:

Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate, in person, 2-3 days per week.
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
+ 5+ years of experience with income taxes in accordance to ASC 740 and/or IFRS
+ A background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax and a broad understanding of US income taxation
+ Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or other similar provision software
+ Professional services or comparable tax organization
+ One of the following active accreditations obtained:

Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate, in person, 2-3 days per week.
+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field
+ 3+ years of experience with income taxes in accordance to ASC 740 and/or IFRS
+ A background in tax compliance and accounting for income tax and a broad understanding of US income taxation
+ Experience with ONESOURCE Tax Provision (OTP) or other similar provision software
+ Professional services or comparable tax organization
+ One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:
+ Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office (if eligible to sit for the CPA)
+ If not CPA eligible:
+ Licensed attorney
+ Enrolled Agent
+ Project Management Professional (PMP)
+ Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA)
+ Professional Engineer

As a Financial Controller - Sr. Associate within Corporate Controllers, you will support pension and postretirement benefit programs, medical insurance, other benefit programs, and other benefits accounting activities.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage monthly accounting processes, reporting, and analysis for areas supported
- Prepare quarterly and annual SEC and regulatory reporting
- Conduct and understand complex accounting projects and transactions

- Strong US GAAP accounting knowledge
- Proven ability to interface with various partners and customers; strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a track record of execution against deliverables
