+ Provide insight to the customer as the basis of the commercial conversation, teaching customers something new/valuable about how to compete in their market
+ Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods
+ Work with Pega's partners to generate Pega value propositions

A motivated enterprise software sales executive, driven to add value to your clients and their business process automation strategies. You are able to push the customer's thinking to quickly gain credibility, build a strong relationship and contribute to the success of our clients and Pega.
**What You've Accomplished:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
+ 10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience
+ Knowledge of assigned industry
+ Stable and progressive history of quota achievement
+ Solid foundation in account management, radiation and pipelining
+ Knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM and Case Management enterprise software solutions
+ Experience working with large partner organizations
+ Prior participation in a formal sales training
+ Track record of challenging and improving a customer's way of doing business
+ Technically current in business automation
+ Outstanding presenter

Policy and Government Relations (PGR) State and Local Government Relations - Lead Specialist (Central Region)
Deloitte's Policy and Government Relations (PGR) group is currently looking to add a Government Relations professional to the state team. This role will be primarily remote with some travel required.
The PGR Team
+ Protect Deloitte's business interests and expand growth opportunities through education and engagement at the federal and state levels
+ Establish Deloitte as a trusted thought leader by promoting the Firm's eminence with government stakeholders and policy influencers at the federal and state levels
+ Support internal and external clients by monitoring, analyzing, and providing insights into the political, legislative, and public policy landscapes
+ Identify and analyze policy trends to help inform business decisions, develop policy positions, and advance the Firm's business objectives and initiatives
Work You'll Do
+ Support and advance Deloitte's State Government Relations program with direction from the State Government Relations leadership team
+ Develop and maintain relationships with internal leaders from Deloitte's state government consulting business in the Midwestern region of the United States, providing general government relations support, including:
+ Monitoring and providing analysis of key state and local trending issues and legislation
+ Providing analysis on the impact of Federal legislation/executive action on state government
+ Representing Deloitte with state leadership associations
+ Supporting lobbyist management activities, including the interview and hiring processes
+ Providing political intelligence on gubernatorial and legislative elections
+ Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on state and local issues to Deloitte leadership
Qualifications
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ 5+ years of full time, professional experience working with state or local governments
+ Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience working on state or local government related policy issues
+ Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
+ Prior experience working with states in the Midwest region of the United States in a legislative, policy, or governmental capacity (technology focus preferred)
+ Understanding of government procurement within professional services or consulting environment
+ Stakeholder and Project Management
+ Monitor, synthesize, translate, and summarize complex policy, legislative and political topics for use by senior leaders and executive level audiences
+ Deliver multiple, concurrent projects, collaborating alongside small, cross-functional and virtual teams
+ Data Analysis, Visualization, and Interpretation
+ Consolidate, analyze, and visualize information across multiple sources (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
+ Understand the impact of emerging executive and legislative policies, with the ability to translate policies into narratives that inform business and leadership decisions.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $163,100
