Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the administration of various respiratory therapy procedures

Our new critical care surgical tower will operate under a closed unit / co-management structure, boasting 59 new beds, contributing to a total of over 100 critical care beds within the hospital

This role offers the opportunity to specialize as a Cardiovascular Critical Care Specialist or engage in natural rotation through various critical care units such as the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU), and Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

With the opening of the new tower, ECMO (Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and Cardiovascular advanced support therapy will be available, presenting additional avenues for professional growth and development

There is also the prospect of contributing to the development and co-management of the VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) program
Candidate Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care or Pulmonary & Critical Care
Responsibilities & Duties:

Schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with 24/7 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support

Most shifts will be during the day, complemented by a natural in-house nocturnal call and a rotation of swing shifts shared among 12 physicians
