Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well – known manufacturing fragrance company is currently seeking a material planner to assist in forecasting needs, tracking inventory levels and collaborating with cross functional teams. This is perfect for a detail oriented individual seeking hands-on experience in supply chain planning within the fast paced and dynamic fragrance industry.

Supply Chain
Job Summary:

  • Pay: $23
  • Shifts Available:
  • 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • Assist in coordinating raw material planning activities, including maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Support the preparation of planning reports, procurement trackers, and supply status updates for internal stakeholders
  • collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials in alignment with production schedules
  • participate in planning meetings and contribute ideas for improving forecasting and inventory management processes


Material Planner Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools
  • SAP is a plus
  • Ability to interpret data and assist in creating clear, actionable reports and presentations
