Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Missile Defense System Architecture Engineer** to join our team! In this role **you will get to f** **acilitate the modeling, simulation, and analyses of future concepts that shape the future of the Missile Defense System (MDS) and respond to Warfighter needs.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assess MDS threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs, and opportunities to develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level.
+ Support modeling & simulation (M&S) efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High-Performance Computing (HPC) system.
+ Develop analysis plans, execute M&S to implement those plans, assess analysis results, prepare analysis briefs/reports, and provide reviews of analysis products.
+ Facilitate the definition/implementation of future concepts for modeling, simulation, and analysis.
+ Act as a subject matter expert in future concept definition, architecture analyses, and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer.

+ Master's Degree in a STEM Field with 12+ years of experience in missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program/project

**Description:** You will be the Lead System Architect for the Shared Simulation Software (SSS) team. Our team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high‑fidelity simulation software that supports multiple aircraft platforms across Lockheed Martin, enabling accurate mission‑level modeling and rapid integration for development and test programs.
