About the Job
**Brief Summary of Primary Duties:**
+ Regular and predictable attendance throughout the shift is an essential function of this position
+ Inspects/tests coated/uncoated wire for conductor resistance, diameter, and length
+ Inspects for appropriate cable construction, print, reel size
+ Measure wire, insulation, and insulation shield to customer standards

+ Ability to successfully complete a Core skills training including but not limited to Basic Electrical Principles and Safety, Basic Cable Construction
+ Mathematical skills including understanding decimals, percentages, multiplying, addition, and subtraction
+ Ability to read and follow SOP's, TI's, CDA's, FOD's, QUA's, DOD's, industry specifications, and customer specifications as resource documents
+ Forklift Training
**Education:**

- Perform CMM operation and programming functions in accordance with approved data such as the Original Engine Manufacture Manuals, the customer's manual, or CCS Approved Data.
- Ensure the CMM equipment used is in good working condition and the calibration is maintained in current status during operational use.
- Properly document the development and implementation of new CMM programs to substantiate their implementation on a routine basis.
- Fine tune and troubleshoot CMM equipment programming issues to ensure the proper outcome.
- Keep CMM software utilized at Chromalloy Component Services, Inc. updated and properly backed up on the Local Area Network.
- Determine the best approach to solve CMM programming problems as they appear; take ownership of projects and work projects through to completion in a timely manner.

- Ensure the proper utilization of the Chrome System.
- Ensure the continuity of inspection responsibility, assuring completion of required inspection when personnel shift or assignment ch anges occur.
- Assist Engineering Representatives in the introduction of new repairs and/or techniques to facilitate repairs and/or repairs to components.
- In conjunction with Engineering and Production Representatives, continually review the process routings to optimize the workflow throughout the CMM inspection process.
- Demonstrate the ability to compare recorded measurements to dimensional requirements and report the findings.
- Effectively operate the Coordinate Measuring Machine.
- Develop and implement new “basic” CMM programs for components.
- Report to the NDT Manager any system deficiencies that may result in the release of unairworthy articles or the use of unapproved material.

The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Quality Assurance , working in Light Industrial industry in 100 Ledge Rd, Seabrook, New Hampshire, 03874, United States .
- Perform multiple analyses on raw materials, products in warehouse, work in progress, and finished product to ensure compliance with Belmar and customer specifications.
- Check a proportionate sample of product, recording the results of these inspections, and communicating with department managers when non-conformance occurs and ensuring proper product disposition.
- Measure quantifiable attributes of the product (e.g. weight, tail length, temperature, tenderloin diameter, etc.).
- Make subjective decisions on the general appearance of the product.
- Check and grade product daily as needed, records the results of product inspections on appropriate logs.
- Determine product non-conformance, ensures customer satisfaction by inspecting product correctly, identifies products according to size, origin, and count before shipping to customers.
- Notify order selectors if there is doubt about quality or accuracy of product that has been pulled for the customer.
- Perform HACCP Monitoring & Verification activities in the Raw Not Ground and Raw Ground process categories daily.

JOB DUTIES:
- Perform daily quality checks and documentation throughout production.
- Collect and document microbiological and retention samples of products.
- Collaborate with leadership during production and shutdown periods.
- Verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation through inspections and ATP swabbing.
- Model GMP compliance and coach team members on proper practices.
- Conduct internal audits for GMPs and food safety programs.
- Provide production paperwork and print labels as needed.

- Work proactively to enhance the company's quality assurance programs.
- Perform other duties and follow through on tasks promptly.
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience in food safety, QA, or food manufacturing (preferred).
- Experience auditing in a GMP environment.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, FSMA compliance, auditing, and environmental guidelines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
Performs quality control inspections, checks, and tests during the manufacture of products. Inspects materials, parts and products at different stages of production. Records observations and may make recommendations for improving processes.
**WORK DEVICES:**
Computer, leak tester, gram scale, gauges, heat sealer, coffee pot, oven, die cutters, forms, tape measure, dye syringes, labels, reject tickets, and laser synergy Q & N dimensions, NDC scanner, face unit.
**DESCRIPTION OF TASKS:**
+ Perform all duties in a safe and orderly manner.
+ Actively engaged, involved, and current in SWO process; Participate in safety meetings and safety tours.
+ Ensure production of products consistent with established food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
+ Ensure product quality requirements are maintained using predetermined testing methods
+ Perform incoming inspection and release of incoming raw materials.
+ Monitor in-process part quality for conformance to standards, and perform and record in-process testing.
+ Manage non-conforming materials in Manufacturing. Pro; Maintain in-process defect library.
+ Complete visual inspection of blanks, cups, bottom stock and lids to ensure they are free from defects.
+ Conduct leak tests on cups; Conduct critical checks of cup dimensions
+ Perform paper testing, checking basis weight, width, adhesion, pin hole testing, dyne check, delamination, wicking, moisture, heat seal, coat weights.
+ Perform tear downs, and ensure packaging and contents match the product specification sheet.
+ Approve release of finished product for storage and shipping, and dispose of defective product.
+ Notify supervisor and/or group leader of problems that arise that are beyond the scope of the QAC's duties
+ Maintain 5S in assigned area by keeping work area and equipment clean and orderly.
+ Once qualified, instruct and train other QAC's.
+ Communicate with oncoming shift about any issues.
+ Actively participate in daily team production meetings - communicates key items within the plant environment on safety, quality, maintenance, production and continuous improvement
+ Fulfill overtime requirements necessary to ensure production requirements are met.
+ Perform miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
+ Assist in other areas or perform other duties, as assigned.
**SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Solid computer experience, including Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Access and Excel and other critical computer applications
+ Prior quality experience in manufacturing very helpful.
+ Ability to work in a high paced and multi-task environment.
+ Demonstrated organizational skills and detail orientation.
+ Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
+ Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
+ Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without accommodation. This includes: Standing and/or walking for extended periods of time, up to 12-hours; Lifting up to 50 lbs. to a height of 3 feet; Pushing blank carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs.
