Making an Impact

Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Test Lead to ensure the overall quality and reliability of cloud-based software products supporting our client.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing
- Perform testing and debugging of new and existing application software
- Design, execute, and automate API testing using XUnit and manual testing using Postman
- Collaborate with developers and platform engineers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
- Identify and report defects, track and prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency
- Develop and evolve test plans for complex applications
- Deconstruct solutions into tests that optimize for coverage and risk
- Create trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy
- Extend test automation frameworks to incorporate new functionality
What You'll Need
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of Current experience testing applications native to cloud on AWS
- 2+ years of Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda
- 4+ years of Current experience with .NET unit testing frameworks
- 4+ years of Current experience with end-to-end functional UI automation using tools like Playwright
- 4+ years of Current experience with React framework
- 4+ years of Unit testing concepts with React Testing Library, Jest, or similar tools
- 4+ years of Current experience with accessibility tools such as Andi and Axe dev Tools, or similar
- 4+ years of Experience with testing C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- 4+ years of API testing, including API automation, .NET, and C#
- 4+ years of Experience with database systems like Postgres
- 4+ years of Experience working with version control systems like Git
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration
- Familiarity with modern testing methodologies and frameworks
