Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer will work with the Winsupply IT department and QA analysts throughout the entire life cycle of projects, enhancements and fixes. This will include, but is not limited to, involvement in requirements phase, conceptual design, developing automated tests, manual testing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the end users of the products and implementation. Automation Engineers main responsibilities are creating and maintaining the automation test suite written with a Selenium framework.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Create test scripts and user documentation for implemented products
• Develop test plans
• Work with and provide constructive input to various IT departments in a professional and effective manner through all phases of project development while maintaining the end users’ best interests as primary focus
• Ensure documentation is completed and maintained in a timely fashion
• Follow a test script and perform various levels of testing for applications from different Winsupply platforms
• Attend meetings with IT departments, Support, Training, and Local Companies as needed while maintaining the professional integrity and image of the Quality Assurance Department
• Work with Local Company end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Alpha Testing, and Piloting
• Effectively work with WISE and other Winsupply platforms to provide effective feedback and produce quality test results
• Review and approve test plans
• Creating effective and efficient tests within our Selenium based automation framework
• Keeping tests updated and current within the automated framework
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

SUMMARY

Join a quality-driven team where youll serve as the on-the-floor QA presence supporting manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse activities. Youll perform sampling and in-process checks, provide room and equipment clearance, review documentation, and help ensure compliance with cGMP standards. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as QA support during manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Perform sampling of raw and packaging materials, water, gas, in-process and finished products, and environmental monitoring. Submit samples to QC or third-party labs with full documentation.
• Collect cleaning verification samples (e.g., TOC, product residue, microbiological swabs) and coordinate submission to QC.
• Clear rooms and equipment prior to batch operations.
• Conduct in-process testing and AQL inspections to support production activities.
• Receive and record external samples within quality systems.
• Assist with document control: issue training records, batch records, logbooks, and protocols; archive controlled copies.
• Carry out quality testing and release of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Review executed batch records, warehouse logs, logbooks, and forms for accuracy and compliance.
• Support development and review of SOPs, forms, deviations/investigations, change controls, CAPAs, and qualification protocols/reports.
• Review supporting documentation from warehouse, metrology, engineering, and validation groups to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Promote Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and compliance with internal standards.
• Provide training to new hires and complete additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior QA experience in a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biologics environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with controlled documentation in a regulated setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

In this role, youll coordinate deviation investigations, support audits and inspections, own quality event tracking within an electronic QMS, and help drive continuous improvements. Youll collaborate across functions on CAPAs, change controls, supplier qualification, and annual product reviewsbuilding hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead/coordinate investigations for deviations, LIRs, OOS events, and non-conformances; document findings and track actions to closure.
• Draft and execute effective CAPAs that address true root cause and prevent recurrence; verify effectiveness over time.
• Evaluate and process change controls with risk assessments and stakeholder coordination.
• Prepare for and support internal/external audits and inspections; help compile evidence and respond to observations.
• Manage quality events and controlled documentation in the electronic QMS (e.g., change controls, deviations, OOS, complaints).
• Log, triage, and coordinate product complaint handling per established procedures.
• Compile quality metrics and trends; present insights during regular quality reviews (biweekly/monthly).
• Assemble Annual Product Review/Annual Product Quality Review (APR/APQR) reports with cross-functional inputs.
• Support vendor/supplier qualification activities and maintain required records.
• Communicate with suppliers/vendors for qualification documentation and regulatory filing needs.
• Champion good documentation practices (GDP) and site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional quality tasks as assigned to meet operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing the team of Quality Assurance personnel assigned to the manufacturing floor. This role ensures that production operations comply with cGMP, company policies, and regulatory requirements. The QA Supervisor acts as a key liaison between Quality and Operations, supporting real-time quality decision-making and fostering a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

• Ensure QA presence on the manufacturing floor to support in-process checks, line clearance, and real-time quality decisions.
• Oversee routine QA floor activities such as batch record review, deviation identification, and verification of manufacturing operations.
• Escalate and coordinate responses to deviations and other quality events.
• Serve as a point of contact for Operations, offering guidance to maintain compliance during manufacturing activities.
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule QA floor personnel to ensure adequate coverage across all shifts and production areas.
• Ensure manufacturing floor activities are conducted in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and cGMP regulations.
• Support timely and accurate completion of production and quality documentation.
• Collaborate with QA management to identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning among the QA team.
• Partner with Production, Engineering, and other functions to address quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate quality trends and metrics to management and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Assist in developing or revising SOPs and work instructions related to floor QA activities.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of QA associates on procedures, cGMP expectations, and company values.
• Prepare Trend reports
• Implement CAPAs, as needed.
• Approve SOP revisions,  protocols, reports, master batch records, analytical method and specifications, COA, COC, finished product release  for distribution.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years or High school diploma with 10+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, with previous supervisory experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to make timely, sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in cleanroom and manufacturing floor environments

FOOD QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIANDAYS, AFTERNOONS AND NIGHTS - Shifts$22.50 - HOURLY RATES

The Quality Assurance Technician ensures analytical, microbiological, sensory attributes and corporate compliances are completed in order to meet the quality standards defined by Shearer's Snacks and its customers. They are responsible for performing assigned laboratory testing and assuring that equipment is calibrated and running properly. They also monitor the facility operation to ensure compliance with corporate quality requirements, SQF, labeling, GMP's, food safety, and all other such standards of the plant. The Quality Assurance technicians work with the production team to assure that all proper checks are in place and communicate on a regular basis regarding quality results. Additional duties include training and preparing for audits, documenting results in record keeping database and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Quality Supervisor.

What you bring to the party:

Experience - 2+ years Previous Quality Assurance /Quality team member experience working in a food and beverage mfg. environment preferred.

Attendance – Good attendance is a must for the QA Tech. This is a skilled position that requires the associate be reliable on a constant basis.

Language Skills – Must be able to read, understand and effectively communicate to team members in their immediate area.

Flexibility: Must be available for pre-shift meetings when applicable and able to work weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.

Physical Demands: The team member is frequently required to stand and reach with hands and arms. The team member must regularly lift and /or move up to 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus. Team Members must be able to be on their feet for twelve (12+) hours, to keep up with a fast, repetitious pace and to do repetitious lifting.
