**Additional Details:**
Address quality issues and drive improvements on the production floor such as creating processes and implementing failsafes. Work with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and operations to execute process and product screenings. Analyze IPV data to determine quality performance and identify quality improvements.
Technical decision making and problem solving, root cause analysis and resolution of non-conformances. ?Compares the physical characteristics of components, materials, equipment and products to technical specifications to identify defects. Conducts simple tests. Records results and prepares quality reports.
Responsible for Quality KPI (RFT and Scrap) for the assigned assembly line, as well as responsible for customer and supplier RMAs (returns) and problem solving resolution
Maintain the EQMS in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards while being involved in the daily non conformance, PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans
Lead internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and regulatory standards as well as leading customer visits
