**Quality Assurance Lead - Agile & Scrum Master Certified**
SAIC is seeking a **Quality Assurance Lead** with strong Agile experience and a **Scrum Master certification** to support the Mission Enabling Service Contract (MESC) Baseline A contract in Houston, Texas supporting NASA Flight Operations Directorate/Aircraft Operations Division. This role is critical in helping the program transition from a traditional Waterfall development model to an Agile framework, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement quality programs and processes to ensure compliance with Agile methodologies, CMMI standards, and SAIC policies.
+ Serve as a change agent in the organization's transition from Waterfall to Agile, guiding teams through Agile adoption and best practices.
+ Recommend and implement Agile-based improvements to enhance product, process, and service quality.
+ Maintain and evolve the quality program for MESC, supporting Agile transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment with CMMI-Dev standards.
+ Conduct (Process and Product) audits at both the program and software release levels; track findings and recommendations to closure using tools like SharePoint.
+ Serve as the contract librarian, managing documentation and ensuring accessibility and version control on SharePoint.
+ Maintain and track SAIC assets used on MESC.
+ Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of contract DRDs.This includes understanding the requirements of the DRDs, and providing updates to program documentation, and work with the Documentation office to ensure documents a reviewed, finalized and published.
+ Act as the Metrics Manager, collecting and analyzing metrics on a regular basis and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
**Required Education:**
+ Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)** required.
+ Proven experience applying Agile methodologies in a quality assurance or process improvement role.
+ Experience conducting audits and managing quality documentation in Agile environments.
+ Strong Understanding of CMMI-Dev
+ Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications:**

**_Job Summary_**
The Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance executes quality programs, policies, and procedures in a particular area of specialty (such as recalls and customer complaints) in order to minimize risks and drive supply chain integrity. Applying knowledge of quality assurance concepts and technical capabilities, the Senior Specialist supports the Manager, Quality Assurance in quality audits and develops actionable insights and recommendations for addressing complex quality issues. Due a higher level of experience and knowledge, the Senior Specialist mentors junior Specialists and, under the guidance of the Manager, may lead the development of standard operating procedures in assigned specialized area.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Ensures fulfillment of external reporting requirements related to area of specialty, such as submitting necessary materials for product recalls. Submits reports for internal review prior to submission to regulatory bodies.
+ Executes internal programs to define Quality guidelines and track adherence to these guidelines. Provides guidance to internal stakeholders regarding adherence to internal Quality Assurance policies and procedures as well as external requirements.
+ Responds to significant quality issues and in support of the Manager, conducts root cause analyses, reports on relevant quality metrics and trends, and develops insights for internal stakeholders. Collaborates with Quality Assurance Specialists in other specialty areas as necessary to develop recommendations.
+ Supports of the Change Control Program, by assessing Quality Assurance implications and impacts of operational and product changes, with a focus on specialty area.
+ Updates standard operating procedures in response to product changes and regulatory developments under the general guidance of the Manager. Resolutions to significant quality issues, such as recalls or customer complaints, may set precedent for updates to SOPs.
+ Prepares responses to regulatory queries, regulatory audits, and corporate audits and gathers necessary information from products and operations stakeholders.
+ Supports the Manager, Quality Assurance in quality audits and inspections of distribution centers within the region. Records quality issues and provides draft reports and insights to the Manager, for delivery to the Operations stakeholders.
+ Provides guidance to junior level Specialists on complex issues, assists with onboarding trainings, and frequently reviews the work of Specialists prior to delivery to a Manager.

DMCS Contact Center Quality team is an essential part of the DMCS program. Its objective is to utilize operational techniques and activities to satisfy quality requirements. Quality includes activities aimed at the detection and correction of errors, faults, discrepancies and/or defects in products or services prior to delivery. QC activities generate testing or review results of work efforts and provide feedback that supports Quality Assurance (QA) and drives continuous improvement.
This is a Limited Service position . This position is temporary with an expected date of 12/31/2025.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgement in resolving issues.
- Follow procedures and directions to assess the quality of service provided through monitoring incoming calls and other work types which focusing on the quality of customer service, accuracy of information provided, and adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.

- Identify accounts requiring escalation, escalating immediately if warranted.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collects data related to assessments and assessment outcomes
- Completes quality audits utilizing proprietary QA Tools
- Reviews QA data and reports on trends and scores found through the quality audits
- Analyzes recommended scores in relation to Clinical Assessor determinations
- Develops / completes reports that track and trend activities / outcomes
- May provide QA training to staff to incorporate quality measures into their daily practice
- Performs other duties as may be assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Education and licensure requirements are based on program contract requirements and are outlined in job posting
-Two (2) or more years related experience
- 2+ years previous work experience in Quality and Risk Management in a clinical setting conducting peer reviews preferred.
- Strong working ability with all forms of technology, ability to navigate multiple systems, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly; exceptional analytical skills; detail and solution-oriented; ability to work independently as well as with a team; excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Master's Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Mental Health or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Qualified Mental Health Professional credentials, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)
Preferred Requirement:
- 2 years previous work experience in Quality in a clinical setting conducting peer reviews preferred
