We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager, Quality Assurance lead and oversee the QA processes and strategies within our IT department. + Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, JUnit).
+ Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
+ Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
+ Certification in quality management or testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, Six Sigma).
+ Experience with cloud-based systems and DevOps environments.
